- D-Daddy!!!!

I heard my four-year old son shouting for me.

- What is it, baby?

I asked, a worried expression on my face.

- Daddy..m-mommy she, she d-didn't give m-me g-gudby kissii..!!

He whined. I dramatically gasped, controlling my laughter.

- Mommy didn't give you goodbye kisses?! How can she do this?!

He stomped on his feet, saying

- S-She iz curl (cruel), very curl!!

I giggled but soon stopped when I saw him glaring at me.

Like mother, like son.

- Don't worry Si-woo baby, I'll punish mommy for forgetting goodbye kisses.

I said, smirking evilly.

I typed the password and entered my home but it was too silent. Knowing the legendary father and son duo, I found this suspicious.

Jungkook had taken a leave today to accompany our son as Si-woo had a holiday today.

Yeah, this little kid has holidays twice a week. So, I and Jungkook take turns for leave. Our schedule is flexible. We end up at home by 5 PM.

And about Si-woo, after his school hours are over, I take him with me to the university where I teach, thrice a week.
And the other days, Jungkook takes
Si-woo with him to his hospital.

Jungkook is a doctor and I am a professor.

Jungkook, he has been the best husband and the best father for our son, always taking care of me and Si-woo. We are his daily patients!

I smiled to myself remembering the past years.

05/05/28- Our marriage date.

We married right after graduation and it was the best decision we took.

After marriage, finding a job, earning by ourselves was tough but we did it, all together. There were times when we fought, times when we cried our hearts out to each other but whatever it was, it always felt peaceful, with him by my side.

After two years of marriage, we finally decided to have a baby.

Jungkook stayed with me day and night during the pregnancy, temporarily left his job till the baby's birth. We were well settled by then, we could afford not working for a few months.

He panicked more than me when my water broke. He also joined me in the operation theatre.

The pain was unbearable while giving birth, I thought that I would die and at last I remember shouting "If I live then I am not letting you touch me again JEON JUNGKOOK!!"

After giving birth, when I was resting, the nurse told me that my dear husband had fainted!

After waking up, he came to me, asked me how I was feeling while our whole family was welcoming our child. After confirming that I was fine, he finally held our baby in his arms. He started crying out of happiness.

I can never forget that precious moment.

- M-Mommy we b-both are saad!

Si-woo's voice brought me back to reality.

- You both are sad?

I asked, pointing at both of them. They nodded in union. The little pout on both of their faces.

Like father, like son.

- Why are my babies sad huh?

I asked, sitting between them.

- Because you forgot our goodbye kiss!!

The big baby whined.

If any of his doctor friends see this side of him then they'll definitely faint out of shock.

After a lot of apologising and kisses, they finally stopped complaining.

- I love you.

I whispered.

- We love you more mommy.

Jungkook said on behalf of both of them as Si-woo had fallen asleep in his arms.

I gazed at both of them with my "noticeable heart eyes".

I know I suck at writing..!

Si-woo whining for his mommy's kisses and Jungkook's dramatic reaction is all inspired by a video I saw on instagram but I really am unable to find that video. I'll share if I find that video in future.
