High Commissioner Augustus Montgomery of the Commission on Electoral Affairs (CEA) announced the formal campaign season for the "1938 Presidential Election." With President Alexandra Felora's term coming to an end, the nation looked ahead to a new era of leadership. Among the candidates vying for the presidency was Philia Ambernale Olsborn, known to many as "Ms. P."

Philia Olsborn, a distinguished figure from the wealthy Olsborn Clan of Rasher, had a long history of service and dedication to education. Born into privilege, she chose a path of public service, starting as a teacher at Rasher National High School (RNHS). Her competence and passion for education led to her promotion as Superintendent, a role she held for three years before being invited to join the Ministry of Education and Culture (MEC) as an Assistant Minister under President Brown's leadership.
