THIRD PERSON POV:
It was all quiet for now. No one was talking between Kay and Venice.
They both were looking at the view of the entire Bangkok city from the cliff they were at.
Kay had just finished explaining everything to Venice and he had no words for the whole situation.
"So what now? " Venice asked looking at Kay.
"I-i don't know." Kay replied hugging his knees.
"Well out of all this the only thing that is good is well we're cousins." Venice said
Kay's eyes widened. "What the fuck. I didn't even realize that." He said laughing and hugged Venice.
Venice laughed too hugging him tightly.
"Damn no wonder I stuck to your annoying ass. We share the same blood after all." Kay said.
Venice hit him on the head and said " You're a Theerapanyakul too then. "
Kay looked at him and frowned. "I don't know. After everything Uncle K- I mean he did to my Ma I don't think I have it in me to forgive him that easily. In fact right now all I feel for him is anger."
"Thats fair. Did you ever think this is how you'd meet your father? " Venice asked.
"Not really. In fact I never even thought about meeting my dad ever. May be if the circumstances would be different and he wouldn't have done what he did I might have been happy to see him. " Kay replied looking at the sky.
"So you're not happy to know your dad?" Venice asked.
"I am but it's so unsettling to me to know all the things he did to Ma. I've seen Ma struggle so much when I was a kid. You know before we became friends he was still in university and barely making any money through his cafe cashier jobs. He had to raise me too. He doesn't know but I've seen him cry multiple times when he thought I was sleeping. It hurts me that he went through so much. Now although we don't have any financial struggles still I can never forget how much he cried thinking he couldn't provide me with what other kids were being provided with. And now knowing that the reason behind all of Ma's struggle was 'kim'. I don't know." Kay replied hugging himself tighter.
Venice sighed. He got up and went to his bike. He had a few snacks stored in his bike's storage. He brought that to Kay.
Kay looked at it and just started eating through one of the packets.
"I think you should just take it slow from here on." Venice suggested.
"Hmm.. " Kay hummed.
Venice's phone screen lit up with Kim's name.
"Um Uncle Kim. He's calling me." Venive said a bit hesitant.
"Why is he called you?" Kay asked frowning.
"When I was leaving I saw him in our living room. He told me he'll call me in an hour or so. He said he'll come here." Venice explained quickly as the phone was still ringing.
"Pick the call and ask not to come." Kay stated as he looked in the other direction.
Venice nodded amd swiped the green icon. "Hello Venice." Came Kim's worried voice.
"Hello Uncle Kim."
"Venice where are you? Are you with Kay. Is he okay? Send me the location." Kim said
"Un-"
Before Venice could say anything Kay took the phone and said "You don't need to worry about me. And I don't want to see you right now! "
