As Alina laid eyes upon the woman before them, she was enveloped in a profound sense of awe. Enveloped in a presence that seemed to electrify the very space she occupied, the woman stood as an embodiment of strength and grace. Every aspect of her appearance was immaculate, as if she were crafted by the hands of fairy artisans. Her hair flowed in perfect waves, while her dress, adorned with intricate patterns and ethereal fabrics, draped flawlessly around her. Alina found herself rendered speechless, her tongue tied in knots of wonderment, unable to articulate the overwhelming admiration stirring within her.

As the tension grew around them, Alina's urgency bubbled forth, nudging Zane with an elbow in a silent plea for action. Yet, as her gaze darted towards him, she found his face clouded in hesitation. Frustration tingled in the air, prickling her skin like tiny sparks of static, as Zane's puzzled expression mirrored her own bewilderment. With a hushed urgency, she murmured, "Do something," hoping to jolt him into action.

But his whispered response, "Like what?" only deepened the sense of uncertainty that gripped her. She had not anticipated being thrust into the presence of such an imposing figure, and now she found herself stunned into a momentary paralysis, unsure of her next move.

Summoning her inner resolve, Alina gathered the scattered fragments of her composure, straightening her posture as if donning a suit of armor woven from determination. With a deliberate step forward, she sought to project an aura of strength, her movements imbued with a silent declaration of her readiness to confront the unknown.

"Are you the sorceress who poisoned my father?" she inquired, her voice steady but laced with a hint of steel. Yet, before the sorceress could respond, Zane's hoarse whisper sliced through the tension like a scimitar, "She doesn't know who you are or who your father is." Zane stood firm like a lighthouse, guiding them through the storm with the steady voice of reason.

"Ah, right," Alina acknowledged, her attempt at confidence faltering momentarily before she steeled herself once more. "I am the chosen one, and my father is a knight of the realm, a brave and just man," she declared, her words resounding with a newfound gravitas. "He fell victim to sorcery last night in this very forest. I demand to know if you perpetrated that magical act."

Though she hoped her words sounded mature and commanding, Zane's unimpressed stance betrayed his skepticism, his heart pounding like the steady rhythm of war drums, forewarning of the looming danger that surrounded them.

"I am," the mysterious woman confessed, her voice as smooth as silk slipping over stone.

Alina remained steadfast in her naivety, her voice ringing out with authority as she commanded, "Give us the antidote at once!" Her words echoed with an authoritative intensity, each syllable resonating with unwavering strength and determination.

The woman before them remained as serene as a tranquil lake on a windless day, her demeanor unfazed by Alina's authoritative demand. A subtle glimmer of amusement danced in her eyes, like a flickering flame amidst the darkness. Her response came with a composed simplicity, "No," leaving Alina at a loss for her next move. Desperate for guidance, she turned to Zane, only to find him equally uncertain and devoid of support. "Get her," Alina murmured urgently, her voice barely audible.

Zane's confusion grew. "What?" came his whispered response. His perplexity was palpable, unable to comprehend Alina's absurd suggestion. "No," he countered quietly. "One does not simply pounce on a sorceress," he added, the situation bordering on the ridiculous. To him, Alina's attempts at grandeur appeared as feeble as a child's make-believe, a futile attempt to assert dominance in the face of true power.

Despite her outward facade of confidence, Alina's heart quivered like a fragile leaf caught in a winter storm, uncertain of the path ahead and desperately yearning for a flicker of hope. With trembling resolve, she opted for a gentler approach, her voice a soothing melody amidst the chaos.
