The moonlight shined brightly on the manor. However the peaceful quiet night was interrupted by the constant breaking of glass and vases.

Niklaus threw another vase on the wall, the sharp glass breaking into pieces joining the other broken miserable ones.

"What does she think of herself?!" He felt humiliated and weak. The same feeling he had experienced infront of his father for centuries.

"She dare command me?! I will kill her and...and tear her into pieces. I have my vampires, my witches, does she think she is more powerful than all of them?!"

Niklaus sat on the armchair as he stared at Elijah who was quietly reading an ancient book while ignoring Nik's tantrums.

"Calm down Niklaus. We have never encountered anyone like her. You have experienced her powers yourself.

And I don't think she wants to harm us. Not yet. I suggest we play our cards right and see what she wants to show us tomorrow." Elijah pursued his lips in deep thought.

He turned another page, discovering a old prophecy.

"Seven shall answer the call of soul

To fate and chaos or the world shall fall

An oath to keep with an immortal breathe

As foes bear arms to the doors of Death"

Elijah turned towards Niklaus, "I found this book in our mother's belongings when we had just turned. It was in a locked box.

I don't think Mother ever opened it. It was spelled with a powerful ancient spell."

Niklaus took the opened box and lightly inspected it before throwing it behind him. Elijah vamped behind him to catch it.

"NIKLAUS!" In return he just got a cheeky smile. Nik took the book before carelessly flipping through it.

"Then how did you open it?"

Elijah remained silent for a moment, "I didn't open it. It was Kol. He had some old coven witches. They opened it."

Niklaus sensed that there was a catch, "And?"

"The next day they were all dead. It was as if their souls were sucked out of them." Elijah sighed. "Kol was trying to figure out the prophecy for a long time. However.."

"However we daggered him. Then he became more interested in the Paragon diamond to make a dagger for me." Nik concluded as he rolled his eyes and poured a glass of Bourbon.

"So what did you figure out?" Nik asked.

"The second phase says about fate and chaos, perhaps it is related to Eris, i mean Ashley. And oath with a breathe of an immortal, I think it tells about our family. Now we just need to figure out the first and last phase of the prophecy." Elijah concluded.

"Seven shall answer the call of soul. You, me, Rebekah, Kol and Finn, we are only five. If we take Ashley as the sixth then who is the seventh one?" Elijah added after a moment.

"Its just a stupid story written by some old witch who knows nothing about our family. Your old age is catching up, Elijah. We should rather think of how to what to do with that goddess."

Elijah took out a parchment from his inner pocket. "She gave me this before leaving tonight."

"What is it?" Niklaus took the paper.

"Coffins and daggers

Family in disrepair

Reunited in East

House of Weston Repairs"

Nik turned to Elijah as realization settled inside him. "What did you do? What did you do?!"

"You see, I have come to realize that since Father is dead, there is no need to carry around our family in coffins anymore. I have decided that its time for a reunion....

and your confession about our mother." Elijah uncovered a platter brought by a servant, disclosing three daggers on it.

Just then, a dark haired man vamped from behind Elijah taking a dagger from the platter. "Kol.." Nik whispered.

Nik tried to vamp out of the house when a man with long hair speed infront of him and slammed him into the wall. "Finn...No."

Finn held him against the wall as Kol speed beside them and stabbed Nik in the stomach.

Finn took another dagger and stabbed him in the hand just as a blonde hair girl dressed in a 20s outfit speed into the house.

"And that's for our mother!" Rebekah stabbed Niklaus in the heart with tears in her eyes.

A group of servants entered the room with another coffin. "Who is in this coffin, Niklaus?" Elijah demanded.

Nik took out the daggers, contemplating whether he should dagger everyone back to the coffin.

"Don't even think about it Nik. There is no white oak ash now to put our family down." Rebekah warned, recognizing the look in her brother's eyes.

Nik sighed, "Its Mother's coffin. Ayana and her coven did something and put her there after we cremated her."

Rebekah perked up, "You think we can bring Mother back?" Kol scoffed, "She is a psycho, sister. You should forget about your delusional dreams."

Finn remained quiet. He did want their mother back. This bloodsheds and carnage as a vampire was overwhelming him. He wanted to put a stop to all this.

"Rebekah, Kol help Finn learn about the current language. I want to talk to Niklaus... alone."

Till now they had been talking in their native tongue, considering Finn was in the coffin for 900 years, he did need the language training and catch up with the current trends.

Kol rolled his eyes, obviously disinterested in any interactions with his big brother. However he wasn't keen on creating problems with Elijah right now.

"No need to sulk anymore. We have a powerful goddess here who we are unsure is whether a friend or foe. We need our family, together if we have to stand a change against her, in case of an unfavourable situation."

Elijah explained before he took back the book, "And perhaps we can solve this mystery about this seventh person too."

The family was reunited. Although each of them had their own thoughts, no one disclosed their cards.

In return, a ball to welcome the new era and the reunion of their family one again was to be celebrated in two day, while they await for a certain goddess the next day.
