Billies pov

One week later

"Ew, that's cold" I say as the nurse squirts the ultrasound gel on my tummy. "Love she literally just said it was gonna be" Laila laughs. Laila intertwines her fingers with mine kissing my knuckles. "Shush" I laugh as well. "Okay I'm gonna take this sonograph" The nurse says and puts a weird looking object on my belly.

"See that little round thing?" The nurse say pointing to a round black thing on the screen. "That's you baby" "That's so creepy, like there's a living thing inside me, like in Alien" The nurse only laughed and nodded. "Human reproduction is so weird" Laila agrees.

The nurse explained some things about the pregnancy that I didn't really listen to but Laila did so it's fine.

"So what are you thinking about all this?" The nurse asks. "I'm thinking get this fucking gel off my stomach" I groan feeling cold and sticky. "No need to be rude love" Laila says stroking my cheek. "But it's cold~" I whine. "Is that a reason to be rude?" "Yes?" I ask nonchalantly. "No it's not" "Yes it is"

Laila sighs and turns to the doctor.

"Fine, miss Thompsson could you be so kind and remove the gel?" Laila asks politely. "Of course" She says taking a couple of wipes. "I know i probably shouldn't be asking this but, when are you telling the public?" She asks pointing to my tummy.

"We aren't" Laila answers. "At least not as our plans look right now" She proceeds to say. "That's an interesting choice for such an public couple like yourself" She says in a respectful manner. "Yeah we'd rather keep this Alien looking thing a secret as long as possible" I say.

The nurse chuckles and nods understandingly. "That's understandable" She nods. "We just want the kid to grow up in a safe environment" Laila explains. "That's a really good call from your side" Miss Thompsson explains.

She throws away the wipe and take her gloves off as well. I pull my shirt down and give her a "Thanks" which earned me a smile back. "Well you're all set to go home, you should expect to see visible growth at about month four to five" She says.

"No~ I'm finna be looking like fucking Santa Clause~" I whine. "No baby you'll be beautiful like always" Laila says helping me sit up and kissing my forehead. "You're very cute together" The nurse smiles. "Thank you" I smile back.

"Well you are free to go" She smiles. "Oki doki" Laila smiles and grabs my hand helping me up. "Thank you baby" "You're welcome" She says and hands me my hoodie. "It was nice meeting you" She says shaking the nurse hand.

"Likewise" She says. We start walking towards the back door walking past some nurses and patients. "Okay let's go" Laila says opening the door and we scurry to the car. She opens the passenger door helping me in and softly closing the door. "Okay let's go" She say opening her door and getting in.

"Billie, i'm really happy. I don't think i've ever been so happy in my entire life" She says with glimmering eyes. "I'm really happy too, i've never hade a better lover" I smile taking her hand. "I sure as hell hope i'm the most attractive too cuz all your ex's look like fucking donkeys" She rolls her eyes.

"Oh come on they're not that bad" I say. She pulls her phone out scrolling through pictures of first Jesse. "Not that bad?" She ask. "Okay he might not be the most attractive person but the others aren't tha-" She pulls up a picture of Matthew. "I dated that?" I ask.

"Yep and this thing" She says pulling up a picture of Q making me literally gag. "What the fuck is that?!" I ask. "That princess, is your fucking ex" She says putting her phone down.
