3:30PM after school

Elena: Hey Alisa!

Alisa: Hm? What is it Elena?

Elena: I was wondering, would you like and want to hang out with Me, Ibuki and Sakura in the Library? We're helping each other with all our work.

Alisa: I don't have anything else to do, but sure. *smiles.*

Elena: Okay, let's walk!

**Alisa and Elena walk together to the library, talking to each other with many endless chats.**

Elena: Here we are! *opens the library door for Alisa.*

Alisa: Thank you Elena. *smiles and heads inside the library.*

Elena: You're welcome! *heads inside the library and closes the door behind her.*

*Elena and Alisa look around to see where Sakura and Ibuki are and then noticed them sitting down at a table  near the windows of the library. They walked over to there and then they greet them.*

Ibuki & Sakura: Hey Elena and Alisa!

Elena: Hey Girls! *sits down on the chair*

Alisa: Hi Ibuki! Hi Sakura! *sits down on the chair.*

Sakura: We were about to help each other with school work.

Alisa: Okay let's get started then shall we? *takes out binders and notebooks from bag.*

In The Student Council Room

Chun-Li: Alright Student council let's discuss what happened today at the auditorium.

Lars: Oh god...

Guile: Let me guess....we're here late at night to talk about-

Chun-Li: About how it's "Unfair" to students and-

Lars: I swear to god, if you say-

Chun-Li: Lars' behaviour towards a certain student.

Lars: Oh my god.

Guile: As expected.

Cammy: Yep. Not just a certain student but his Girlfriend, Alisa Bosconovitch.

Lars: Oh god....why must we talk about this...?

Chun-Li: Lars, you really messed up with your relationship with Alisa, big fucking time.

Lars: How? For explaining the right thing to do?

Chun-Li: You should've just punished Vega and not punish everyone.

Lars: Hey! I'm student council president you know.

Cammy: Yeah, we get that, no need to brag.

Lars: I'm not bragging.

Guile: Whatever.

Chun-Li: Anyways, here's what I was thinking...

Lars: What is it?

Chun-Li: We should be fair and give everyone's phones back.

Lars: What?! No! We need to ban phones.

Chun-Li: President Lars, please. Me, Cammy and Guile took it to a vote and I think it's fair if we only punish Vega and not everyone.

Lars: Well, let's vote again. Raise your hands if we should give the phones back to everyone.

*Chun-Li, Guile and Cammy raised their hands.*

Lars: Okay fine.
