Hey everyone! I'm Naoki Nakata, the author of this fanfic.

First off, a huge thank you to everyone who read from chapter one all the way to eleven. I'm seriously blown away by the support!

Big thanks to my friend Hanako Hiro for helping out with edits and clearing up my confusion about some of the Wandering Witch characters. Couldn't have done it without you!

So, you might be wondering why I chose to write a Wandering Witch fanfic. The answer is simple: I'm a total SIMP for these characters! Elaina, Mina, and Amnesia are my absolute favorites!

Let me give you a bit of backstory on Arche's character.

Originally, Arche was a brown-haired guy with slanted eyes, a bit of a schemer, and a knife-fighter. Back then, his name was Taki. Yeah, I went with a Japanese name for the first draft.

When Arche got his second makeover, he was renamed to Arche, a name from Greek meaning "beginning" or "first principle." I picked this to show he's my very first character from all my stories.

He had the same look-black hair, green eyes-but was way too overpowered. Martial arts? Magic? You name it.

He was a one-man army, with no qualms about killing and solving problems with a swift takedown of the main boss.

Plus, he had a mature, flirtatious side and even a split personality.

But that didn't quite work out, so I revamped him for the third concept. Now, Arche's been toned down a lot.

He's gone from being a fearsome warrior to a guy who's afraid of bugs and other little things. It's been a wild ride!

I'm aiming to be back in December, so I can dive into preparing for Volume 2.

Just a quick note about the illustrations: I'm using AI-generated art because, frankly, my drawing skills are pretty rough.

Seriously, I've seen elementary school kids who can draw circles around me!
