Epilogue: Diamond City

The rebuilding of Diamond City saw most of its citizens move away. However, the city remains a key meeting ground, serving as the main headquarters for the World Alliance—a neutral zone where no nation holds sway. As August describes, it is a place governed not by a single nation but guarded by four distinct factions:

Aeril Viximon the Trident Mermaid

Jung-Hwa Eun the Ignis Kyuubi

Damon Leatherman the Shadow Yaksha

Ty Quicksilver the Fastest Brawler

Each of these leaders represents a different continent: Damon for Nocturn, Aeril for Nacht, Jung-Hwa for Heian, and Ty for Centena. Though they don't own the city, they govern it, facilitating a treaty that maintains peace among the nations. They act more as guardians of Diamond City rather than a governing body, ensuring no single leader or ruler dominates.

Decisions about the city's direction are made collectively by the four faction leaders. Any significant changes require the approval of the majority of the World Alliance leaders, maintaining a balance between local guardianship and global oversight.

Another critical role of these factions is to prevent the outbreak of a world war. They are quick to act and reason, providing beneficial resolutions between conflicting parties. If anyone wishes to establish a new nation or declare territorial claims, they must seek approval from the world leaders, ensuring that such actions are carefully considered and agreed upon by the global community.

Aeril and her crew are mostly run in the southern parts of the city. Everyone was sitting down at the main office.

Ethel groans, "Now that we ain't walking around the cities of Nacht... I'm bored."

Katherine asks, "Now where's Garite?"

Benn kicks his chair, "Fucking around at his hospital."

Aeril walks in,

"Let him be, he has found his own path... For us, we need to find our own."

Ethel Vellvood, Benn and Katherine have become officers for Aeril, as such they also take direct orders from Emperor August, Mayor Rouge, President Emily and King Adham. Only Aeril is considered an equal to them then the rest.

Benn screams, "Damn it... Now I'm stuck working for that goddamn emperor!"

Ethel giggles, "You need to have met the previous emperor, funny guy, not a good leader. August is perfect, he has charisma and everything!"

Aeril sits down, "true, he was the one who set this entire order up..."

Benn points back, "But because of the split factions, we got this little shit."

Behind a portal appears, "Hey I heard that!"

Blytz Spooks, despite previously being a Nexus like the other faction leaders, never got the role of a leader, and was stuck with Aeril.

Aeril sighs, "Even if his personality may be weak, his power is a hidden wild card, anyone from Diamond City may be in need of his Phantom."

Blytz's awakening during the war, when he teleported everyone away from the island, was when he found a path to his Phantasma. Now his radius is much bigger, and his capacity is much larger, the only thing holding him back is the fact that he isn't smart, and is always in need of anyone to order him around for him to actually be useful.

"Damn it guys, you all treat me like a toy!"

"Because you are..." Everyone said.

Blytz opened a portal as a single tear drops, "You guys are mean!"
