Pre-Raid: Heian Strategy Room
Four Days ago in the strategy room, August explained to everyone the plan,
"In Phase one, we'll create a wall around Diamond City. in order to do so..."
He points,
"These four gates will need to be taken over. They are the only place where you can port your ships, any other places you'll need to climb a cliff, although that may be possible so we'll line up a bunch of battleships."
He then place down chips,
"Taking over these four will be hard, since the Nox Government will also send out their army to block us. That's why we'll have backup from the main lands, even if the backup is weaker, we must prioritize the capturing of the gates. Do not worry, we will provide you with equipment and at least one strong individual in a group."
Then once the chips all formed a wall around August he started to push inwards, "Phases two act 1, will be sending people into the four Leviathan prisons. In Diamond City, Leviathan prison is set up in four locations, each in the corner. it will be our job to either take care of them, or to free them. Since there will be actual criminals in the mix. I will leave it up to the people who will be taking charge. And do not engage in intense fights, reserve your strength as much as possible. they regroup with the people at the gate."
August places down chips into the prison.
"Now for Phase two act 2, find the kidnapped people. Our job isn't only to eradicate the Nox Government, but to rescue the people that the Nox Government kidnapped. This one is hard, since we have no information of where they are held. But our spy has mentioned that there is no one within the city, so I assume they have a hidden base around the island. We'll have many groups to search for these hidden bases."
August scatters the chips across the map.
"Then for Phase 3, this is where the main battle starts... The Strike Team, that is me, will start heading into the city, with many other powerful individuals and teams, we'll surround the city. This way, we'll be at the advantage when we head into their main base."
August then pulls out the castle map layout,
"We'll need to mark which people will be where... Then for Phase 4..."
