Harry POV:

It had been about five months since Christmas, and not a lot had happened. We celebrated New Years at the Weasley's without much drinking. On Valentine's Day, Ginny got me a nice neck tie for work and I tried to write her a poem, but I instead got her some chocolate frogs. At Easter, Teddy came over to do an Easter egg hunt with Victorie. Victorie found more eggs than Teddy did but shared some of her Bertie Bott's with him. And now it's May twenty-ninth, which just happens to be the day of the baby shower. We were in the dining room, getting it all decorated.

I heard Ginny grunt as she tried to reach something high up. "Here, let me get that," I said, grabbing the box of savoury biscuits that she was reaching for. I herded her into a chair, "Sit down! You need some rest because later there are going to be a lot of people around, and all of that excitement can be exhausting for a pregnant woman!"

She crosses her arms, "Harry James Potter! Have you been reading What to Expect When You're Expecting again!? I thought I threw that out weeks ago!"

I throw my hands up in surrender, "Sorry! It's just-"

"No, muggle self-help books are not going to help you! Okay? They don't know that being pregnant in the wizarding world is a little bit different than it is in the muggle world.

"Ginny," I sigh as I sit down in the chair next to her. I place my hands delicately on her eight-month swollen belly, "I'm only reading it because it makes me feel prepared, and that I'm ready for what's coming next!"

"Merlin's beard Harry! You're turning into Hermione!"

I gasped, "You're right! I really have to stop reading that stupid book!"

"Bring it to me please," she requests

I gave her a sceptical look, "And why, may I ask, do you want my book?"

She rolls her eyes, "Just bring it down here!"

I reluctantly drag my feet up the stairs to where I have my book. I grab it and walk down to where Ginny's waiting- with her wand. "Here you go!"

"Thanks!" Before I know what she's doing, she points her wand at the book and says, "Incendio!" And smiles a little manicly as she watches the pages of the book fall out in little pieces onto the floor as the edges curl in and it becomes impossible to read the title.

"Great. Now I have to clean the floor. Again." I said sarcastically, I was secretly relieved that Ginny burnt the book, now I can't start turning into Hermione and worrying about preparing for everything.

"Don't worry, I'll do it. Wingardium Leviosa," she waves her wand and all of the burnt pieces fly up and into the fireplace. She turns and smiles at me innocently, "You're welcome!"

"I had to get muggle money out of Gringotts just to get that book! And now all that money is somewhere that I'll never find again."

Ginny did an over-dramatic gasp with some exaggerated hand motions, "Oh, however will you live!"

I do my best not to laugh, but I can tell that she can tell that I'm about to laugh, so she burst into it first. We sat there in a laughing fit for a minute before we were able to recompose ourselves and kept decorating for the party.

"So," Ginny said discreetly, "Have you thought about a middle name yet?" She didn't look up from her decorating, but I knew that she was hoping that she could find out early. The only problem is that I still haven't figured out the right name quite yet. I know it's the middle name and not very important, and that we only use it when we're mad, but I still wanted to make sure it was the right name.
