Origin of Kaeyan
Hidden away from the prying exploitary eyes of Westeros was a nation unlike any other, Kaeyan. A nation with harmony in it's grasp where the inequalities of women, children, blood and race have no pressence, founded by Raenenya Velaryon ( younger sister to Corlys Velaryon ). A Lady Warrior making a name for herself while fighting alongside her brother in war, slaughtering any unfortunate enough to cross her path, such a woman would go on to free entire populations of the enslaved, toppling the empires which bound them and reclaiming their lands and culture.
Raenenya Velaryon was their saviour and they made her their Queen Mother in her own right, they entrusted her with the secrets to their revolutionary medicine but she was no fool, Raenenya knew the Realm would exploit her people's resources and so she kept them hidden. Only the King Viserys and the Sea Snake knew of the nation and even such knowledge was limited, the Realm was told she'd married a common man and sails the world with him and while she did find love they ruled the vast nation of Kaeyan together.
As the Queen Mother was appointed she concluded that her people consisted of four main cultures and so she, with the aid of her two chosen advisors, developed four factions each with one leader selected in a democratic manner to represent the people of these factions. This allowed the different cultures of each to flourish and heal from their previous chains and shackles. The streets of Kaeyan were never for a moment devoid of dancing, food, spirit and rich culture.
Even though she'd freed every man, women, child and animal in the bonds of their masters the previously enslaved army remained loyal to her, their saviour, with even more joining the vigorus training in the art of the sword to defend their Queen Mother if the time ever came. With an army of 150,000 foot soldiers, each well endowed with the skills and strength of a formidable warrior, Kaeyan is a strong and well guarded nation.

Birth - 110 AC
Although the entirety of the realm was acutely aware of Ser Laenor Velaryon's preferences, for lack of a better word, his and the Princess Rhaenyra's attempts at consummation were successful if only once, their labours did indeed bear fruit.
110 years after Aegon the Conquerors conquest the calm seas, walm crisp air and serene skies did nothing to match the stormy terror racking the Princess Rhaenyra's body as she begun her labours.
"Princess please you must calm yoursel-"
"I am in labour you cunt you should do well to remember a child is soon to tear through me!"
"You must push now your grace" encouraged the Maester
"I can't I can't" pleaded Rhaenyra
"You must Princess!"
The intense grunts, pants and squelches of the Princess Rhaenyra's labour echoed throughout the Red Keep. Her husband by law, Ser Laenor Velaryon stood nervously outside the door pacing the hallway and praying to the Old Gods, the New Gods and all others he could think of. Although he held no lust for Rhaenyra he knew, or rather he felt that this babe was his blood however irrational the feeling, however the odds of logic were against such a thought.
"A beautiful healthy girl your grace"
"Praise the Mother"
Many screams and midwives later a beautiful babe was cleaned and swadles whilst the Princess drifted in and out of conciousness. Yet she was abruptly awoken when she heard the calls of her husband Laenor.
"That is MY child in there fool I command you to open the door"
"Ser please the Queen has deemed it ghastly improper" a nameless maid tried
Before Rhaenyra could interject the door flew open as if the hinges had been ripped from it, startling the midwives who the Princess hadn't scared off during her rage. Upon his entry Laenor took slow steps towards Rhaenyra who's chest the midwife placed the babe upon.
"She is beautiful Laenor, she is ours.. our girl"
"She is perfect" He said unsteadily
Laenor's eyes shone at the sight of the small babe with skin the shade of caramel and a prominent soft tuft of white hair, absent was the soft golden tint the King's other three Targaryen children had no hers was of a cool pearly tone, Velaryon white.
The two did not have time however to revel in their creation as the door, now in dire need of repair, opened to welcome the King Viserys and the Queen Consort Alicent Hightower who came ever closer to see the babe. In the arms of the Green Queen was another babe, one of pale skin and hair, who she'd birthed merely months prior to the Princess' child, Aemond was his name.
"Oh! A wonder she is, what have you named her sweet daughter" said Viserys as she gazed adoringly at his first grandchild, raising a finger to stroke the babes chubby cheek as she smiled and babbled. Even the Queen Consort, despite her distain toward her once closest and dearest friend, found the babe utterly adorable and sweet.
Looking to Laenor with a small smile Rhaenyra recited "Vissera, first of her name, my sweetest Vissera"
As the Queen approached to see the babe closer Aemond, bundled in her arms, babbled with the smallest of smiles and reached a small arm towards Vissera who smiled brightly and laughed with her new companion. Though the tension between the two mothers did not and would not dissolve for some time they allowed themselves to enjoy the short innocent moment.

Author Notes:
ok guys (if anyone's even reading this-) so this is my first story and it's lowkey weird to be writing instead of reading but anyways a lot more OC's will be introduced in Act II but for now Act I will mainly cover Aemond and Vissera's childhood and eventually the driftmark incident. oh! and I will take a lot of inspiration from Africa when writing about Kaeyan, like for example there will be a plethora of large cats like jaguars and leopards native to the country.
uhh besos!
