Izuku also requested Twice to build stone mobile base for them called the Rolling Headquarters, unfortunately he took the term "headquarters" to literally and deigned the front to look like a jester's head, which didn't make much sense to them. The hat could also transform into a hovering vehicle dubbed the Flying Airhead.
