After leaving the principal's office, the tension between Thyme and Zade was intense. Their rivalry had been going on for years, starting from an incident in kindergarten when Thyme kicked Zade.
What began as a small fight had turned into something much worse over time. After their latest fight, Thyme went to the school terrace to be alone. The fresh air didn't help much with his anger, but he appreciated the quiet. Tiana approached him, noticing his upset expression.
"Are you okay?" she asked gently.
Thyme didn't answer right away, focusing on the horizon. He wasn't in the mood for a chat. Tiana persisted.
"Seriously, are you okay?" she asked again, more insistently.
Thyme finally responded with a quiet "Yes," not wanting to admit how much the fight had affected him.
Tiana noticed his pain and asked softly, "Does your bruise hurt a lot?"
"Yes," Thyme admitted, feeling more vulnerable than he expected.
Tiana felt sympathy for him and wanted to say something important but wasn't sure how.
Thyme, noticing her discomfort, asked, "What do you want to say?"
Tiana took a deep breath and asked, "Can we be friends?" Her voice was barely audible.
Thyme was surprised by the question. Friendship wasn't on his mind, but he agreed, showing a hint of a smirk. The bell rang, signalling the end of the break.
"Okay, bye! See you later!" Tiana said cheerfully, leaving the terrace.
As Tiana walked away happily, Helena and Isa noticed her unusual cheerfulness.
"Why are you so happy?" Helena asked.
"Yeah, what's up?" Isa added.
Tiana brushed them off with a vague answer, but her smile gave her away. Helena and Isa exchanged curious looks, sensing something was off.
Meanwhile, Nabi was lost in her thoughts about Zade and barely noticed the exchange. At the end of the school day, Isa was packing up alone in the classroom when Zade approached her.
"Hi, senior," Isa said, surprised.
"I want to talk to you," Zade said seriously.
"About what?" Isa asked, intrigued.
"It's about... Nabi," Zade said hesitantly.
Isa nodded, sensing it was important.
"What about her?" she asked gently.
Zade asked, "Can you tell me more about her?"
Isa thought for a moment and said, "She's the top student in our grade. She's friendly but shy. She opens up slowly but is very caring."
Zade listened carefully and then asked, "Can I have your DM so I can learn more about Nabi?"Isa was surprised but agreed, and they exchanged contact details.
"Thank you," Zade said softly before leaving.
As Isa walked home, she wondered why Zade was so interested in Nabi and what he was planning. She felt like she was now part of something bigger.
Meanwhile, Zade was already thinking about his next move. He had his reasons for wanting to know more about Nabi and was slowly putting his plan into action. The school was buzzing with hidden motives and shifting alliances, and things were about to get even more complicated for everyone involved.
