Author's POV,
Shivansh and aarohi's wedding preparations are going on full swing.
it's getting tough for over lovebirds to stay away from eachother.
As of now Aarohi is trying to call Shivansh but he is not picking up.
" Shiv pick up the call" Aarohi whispers.
" Aaru come down dinner is ready" Priya calls.
" coming chachi" Aarohi shouts.
Aaru sighs looking at her phone and keeps it on the bed and goes downstairs.
All the family members are going towards the dining table when the doorbell rings.
Aaru is about to go towards the door when her dadu says
" Aaru tum chlo, Vihaan jao darwaja kholo dekho kaun aaya hai".
Vihaan makes a sulking face and goes to open the door.
" please come inside"
" Who is it Vihaan" this time Suraj asks.
" Bade papa, Jaiveer uncle, Ankita aunty and Shivansh jiju have come" says Vihaan and they all come to the living room.
Aarohi and Shivansh takes blessings of their elders.
They settle down on the couch.
" Is there anything wrong, you all look worried" asks Mahima.
" No, no it's not like that" Ankita said.
" I want to talk to Aarohi, alone" says Shivansh looking at Suraj and Mahima.
They can sense the tension.
Aarohi is not able to understand anything, her heart is beating at an abnormal speed.
Suraj and Mahima share a look and nod their heads.
" Aaru, take Shivansh to your room" says Mahima.
Aarohi nod her head and gesture Shivansh to come along.
As soon as Shivansh enters the room, Aarohi locks the door and goes to him who is sitting on the bed.
Aarohi sits next to him but he makes her sit on his lap and hides his face in her neck.
"Shiv, now you are scaring me, tell me what happened" Aarohi says while caressing his back.
Shivansh takes a deep breath and fills his lungs with her scent.
"I have to go" Shivansh says.
Aarohi's heart thumps.
"Wh-what do you mean" Aarohi asks with thumping hearts.
Shivansh cups her cheeks and says "I have to go"
" Where"
" US"
" But why"
" There is some problem in the US office. A lot of complaints are coming from the clients." Shivansh said.
" Why you, Can't we send someone else?" Aarohi asks lowering her eyes.
" No, it is important. They only want to meet me and discuss everything in detail."
