Elena Shaw's (POV)

Walking back up front, I follow Donna's directions and make it pretty quickly. Rounding a table full of orchids, I spot Lola standing by the front desk and I smile. She is talking with the cashier, so I sneak up behind her and when the cashier spots me I shake my head and wink. He just lightly shakes his head and I smirk as I lean close to Lola's ear saying, "Boo." She squeals jumping and I step back giggling and end up snorting when Esme starts giggling at Lola's reaction. She turns to me gasping holding her chest and I snicker as she squeaks out, "E-Elena you little..." She playfully swats me as I giggle and say, "I got Donna too but hey your reaction was tenfold." She dramatically gasps and swats me again and I smile swaying as Esme is still giggling. Kissing her head I smile, and Lola finally giggles too rolling her eyes before she walks closer and kisses Esme's head saying, "Did your mommy give me a fright huh stinker." She boops Esme's nose then looks up at me playfully scowling saying, "You two and your antics." I smile and she sighs then pecks my cheek and steps back saying, "Piper and Chloe are already in the car darling we are headed to the next nursery."

Nodding I smile and peck her cheek too saying, "I'm ready and sorry for scaring you Ma you know I couldn't miss the opportunity." Rolling her eyes she turns back to the cashier wiping tears from his eyes. I smirk even more at this and Lola swats me again as she says, "Anyway Daryl have Donna finalize this order and give me a call I'll settle and authorize the payment then with her." He smiles nodding saying, "Of course, Mrs. Randle I'll make sure to give her the full list as well, thank you again for visiting Tiny Seedlings as always." She smiles and rolls her eyes then playfully glares at him saying, "I got my eyes on you Daryl Simons, you keep your studies up and when you graduate you give me that call. Heck you can call me for your graduation day, and we will be there ok." He blushes at this, and I can tell he is keeping tears at bay as he nods saying, "Of course mam thank you so much and it was good to see you, Piper, and Chloe I'll be sure to call."

Lola nods and pats his hand saying, "Good, and as always be a dear and annoy Donna when you can. I do love hearing how she can't figure you out." They both smirk and burst into giggles as I gape at the two, Lola looks back at me and winks saying, "Daryl here has been working for Donna since he was fourteen though I, Piper, and Chloe have only known him for the same amount we have known Donna." Nodding I look between the two and arch my brow and she giggles saying, "Daryl is going to college for landscape design and architecture I have an internship he will start after graduation though Mr. Simons here is still worried he won't graduate on time." I look at the young man and smile saying, "If she has that position open for you dear it won't close anytime soon." He blinks at me and blushes and Lola smiles nodding saying, "Elena is right dear it is yours and you will graduate on time and with honors, I have seen your grades and all those gorgeous sketches you do so don't be so hard on yourself ok darling."

He nods and we each say our goodbyes Lola and I leave the nursery heading to the car. At the car, I smile at her, and she tilts her head asking, "What?" I smile and peck her cheek saying, "Nothing your just wonderful Ma." She blushes saying, "Well, thank you, baby." I blush now and she chuckles saying, "Ok love let me hold her while you get in the car, and I'll hand her to you so you can put her in her seat." Nodding I open the door and climb in looking to my left I smile seeing Chloe and she giggles and waves at me saying, "Hi, hi sissy!" Cooing I say, "Hi baby did you have a good rest of your adventure, and did you get your frosted flake plant?" She giggles wiggling in her booster seat as Lola hands Esme to me and I get her in her seat buckling her in. Chloe lightly claps her hand saying, "Yesh me gets frosty and, and momma and Donna helped me find another plant t-that will go with it so I can tell mommy later."
