Buckle up my lovelies this is gonna be angsttttyyyyyyy
also what do you think about me doing an Eloise story book like a whole book i'd probably leave a few months to plan it all out and wait to finish some of my other projects but i really do want to write for her
ANYWAY
Description: Based of Ariana Grande's song 'we can't be friends (wait for your love)' - based in season 2 when violet throws a ball after the ruined wedding no one turning up and Pen the little shit releases stuff about Eloise and Theo but of course for the point of the story and cause we want Eloise to be our little gay baby it's been flipped

I didn't think you'd understand me
How could you ever even try
You stood the side of the floor as the group of you finished dancing together. The night didn't go to plan as Violet had hoped but Anthony insisted everybody made the most of it, and you got what you had wanted to do every ball you had to attend this season, you got to dance with Eloise, not having to worry about a judging eye. You collect little treats into your hand, you and Eloise giggling amongst the two of you as you tried your best to keep the treats away from her prying hand.
"Mrs Wilson. Is something wrong?" The room fell silent as the house maid walked up to Violet with a pamphlet in hand, Violet took it out of her hand sighing at the sight.
"Is that Lady Whistledown." Eloise questioned walking to her mother. "Has she published Mama."
"Indeed, she has. And now we may know why we are the only ones here." You walked up behind Eloise as her hand immediately grasped yours, squeezing it tightly. You heart skipping a beat, as you tried to control your breathing you watched Eloise try and read her mother's facial expressions. Although the air in the room seemed tense, you did not pick up on the aura of the room. Instead you found yourself lost in admiration, you wondered to yourself how someone could be so simply stunning.
You had known Eloise for what felt like forever, however, unusually you felt as you had been in love with her longer, the pain of not being able to declare your love for her made a few hours in her presence feel like weeks. You envied Eloise in your situation, indeed Eloise reciprocated those feelings for you but you always felt like you loved her more, you felt like suffered more for her, and you envied that she could never understand what you went through daily.
I don't wanna tiptoe, but I don't wanna hide
But I don't wanna feed this monstrous fire
