To say Emilia had slept through almost the entire morning was an understatement. She didn't even know how tired she was from all the packing and traveling until her mom came to wake her up and she was passed the point of blackout as if she had been deprived of sleep for a week.

She had been appointed a guide, by her manager, to take her to the Barcelona facilities and guide her through. Her manager Hanna was a great, overworked, and borderline perfectionist to the point of exhausting herself way too much, but still a great manager. She couldn't be present on every occasion but she always found a way to make sure somebody was there to take care of Emilia's issues.

After quickly taking a shower, she got dressed in some comfortable clothes: cargo khaki jeans, an off-black Adidas crop top, and a pair of Forum shoes the brand had sent her. If one thing Emmi was besides a football fanatic, she was a sneakerhead. People had their little healthy obsessions and Emilia's was sneakers. Leah and Ella had joked about this a lot but honestly, the brunette had returned them with the fact they were just jealous they couldn't burrow some because they were sponsored by the opposite brand.

"Good morning." She made her presence known as she walked to the living room, meeting her mom's bored expression and her brother's mocking one. "What?"

"I think you're past good morning', Milia." Aiden joked, setting plates on the table.

"I was tired, do you think this beautiful face glows out of the blue?"

"Then you should perhaps sleep more." Emilia ironically repeated his words with a mocking face, slapping the back of his head. "Mom!"

"You two stop, let's eat quickly so we can get moving. I'll go whether you're ready or not." The older woman said as she sat on the table, her children following.

"I think they signed the wrong Padilla." Aiden snickered, earning a giggle from his sister.

"Mom would be a CB, no?" Emilia winked at her mom, gaining an eye roll as she handed her a plate with food.

"Maybe a fullback but she just has that central rage, you know?" He continued.

"I don't know about that rage but I know the one I'm about to have if both of you don't start eating so we can leave." They both threw their hands up in surrender and started eating, just a small and light conversation between the three.

Once they finished and left the house they were met with a woman standing in front of their gate. She was smaller than her, a redhead with her hair parted in the middle in a ponytail, glasses all crooked in her face, and a casual outfit. She was also holding a bunch of papers that Emilia only noticed once the woman had pulled a sheet and many started to fall all over the place. The brunette sustained a laugh but quickly walked towards her and kneeled to grab some papers.

"Fuck!" She heard the woman hissing under her breath.

"Let me help you. Here." Emilia said as she grabbed some of the papers from the ground, her brother also moving to grab the ones that were already threatening to fly away.

"Fuck, shit!" She mumbled again and Emilia tried to hold a laugh. "I'm so sorry, so sorry. Fuck! Sorry, I shouldn't be cussing."

"Don't worry about it. Here, I think we got everything." Emilia said as Aiden walked in and offered the papers he had caught.

"Thank you so much. I'm so clumsy, I'm sorry. My name is Joslyn. What an awfully first impression." She tried to compose the paperwork in her hands, finally adjusting the glasses on her face and reaching a hand towards Emilia, who had an amused expression as she took it. "I was appointed to be your guide and helping hand here in Barcelona. Although you caught up to me in the helping hand part. Big, big fan of yours, by the way."
