It was a sunny, warm day in the White household. Marie and her husband, Harry, were celebrating their daughter, Maria's, 4th birthday. The 4 year old was stuffing her face with cake, clutching her Red fox plush.
"Ooo, I want to open presents next, please!" Maria states. Harry and Marie smile and nod at their daughter. The energetic 4-year-old goes to the place where the presents were kept.
That's when the door gets burst open. "Mary hide!" Marie says to her daughter knowing exactly what this is about and the girl obeys, hiding under the sofa.
"I'll check it out." Harry coldly declares and not long after he leaves a gunshot could be heard. A man calmly walks up to Marie. "I won't let you take her, Dr. Brenner! Please, she's only a child!"
Maria then speaks to Maria sternly with tears in her eyes. "Maria White, I want you to run away from here and never look back-" That's when the woman gets shot in front of Maria's watery eyes and the little girl clutches her mother's body. "Mommy, wake up! Please!" "We'll help you." Dr. Brenner calmly, but coldly states and a soldier puts a gauze over the little girl mouth as she passes out.
