Chapter Three: Beach Day

"What do you want for dinner Wonnie?" "Anything is fine Yu Jin." "Okay!" As Yu Jin went into the lower deck to cook dinner, I swept the ship while waiting for the food to be finished.

-End of Won Young's P.O.V-

-Yu Jin's P.O.V-

As I was chopping the onions for the fish Won Young and I had caught earlier in the day, a pair of strong arms slipped around my waist. "I knew you were in here..." "And how..?" "Your perfume that makes me go crazy..." "*giggles*Sim Jae Yun you flirt" "What? I'm just stating facts." "Well why don't you unwrap your hands and help with dinner unless you want to starve." "How about I eat your lips?" "Jake!" "Okay okay fine-" "Actually, never mind, I don't trust you in the kitchen." "What?!" "It's true, now go to Sung Hoon" "But I wanna stay with youuu" "Then stay away from me" "Whyyyy?" "Because I need space to cook" "Fine, but you owe me cuddles later" "Alright alright"

After Jake left the kitchen, I went back to frying the fish and playing it afterwards, calling them to come and eat.

"Wow baby, I still get surprised at your cooking. I just keep falling more in-love with you.." "Okay, we got it Sim" "Hey!" "Ugh, sorry babe" "There you go..."

After everyone ate, Won Young and Sung Hoon washed the dishes while Jake and I swept the floor. "Wanna stop somewhere and go to the beach?" "We should, it's been a long time since we walked on land like actually normal humans." "But you guys just walked on the surface to hunt for food." "I know but I actually want to put on a bathing suit and run into the water, forget about being a pirate for just a few hours." "Yu Jin's right, it has been a while since we've done that. What do you say Hoon?" As everyone looked at captain, he shrugged meaning that he didn't mind doing that as we knew that he also wanted to do that.

"Alright then, let's find a place to leave the boat and go swim after years."

*Next day*

-Won Young's P.O.V-

"Wow, it's been so long since I've worn a bathing suit, when was the last time you wore a bathing suit Wonnie?" "Uh..." "Oh right, you wore regular clothes because you're a siren and lived underwater." "Yeah..."

As all of us went into the water, we sighed in relief missing how the water splashed against us in the hot summer season. We went deeper into the water and relaxed as we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere surrounding us. I walked backwards playing with the water until I stopped when my bumped into Sung Hoon's back. "Sorry..." He looked at me and went back to doing his own thing while I looked at him.

Ever since he kidnapped me, it felt like he was taking care of me from behind. He never talked to me and continued being cold and not talkative. Since I met Yu Jin and Jake, my personality started changing to a more cheerful and friendly type. I had never talked as much as I did when I was back at home. It was scary at home, evil sirens were every where waiting to attack their preys as their own kind was too scared to even stop them from hurting the victims. And since I became more cheerful and talkative, I wanted to learn more about Sung Hoon, things that are positive. I walked back up to him and tapped him shoulder making him turn around and look at me, still with no emotions in his eyes. "What" "Let's learn about each other" "No" "Why? It's been a long time since we've been living together and all we know about each other is our names and who each other's friends are." He sighed and went back to the shore, drying off while I pouted and got upset because of how fast my mood went downhill. "It's okay Won Young ah, don't give up" I smiled at Yu Jin and nodded as we also went up to go dry off.
