Morning went on as normal for the girl. Y/N was currently eating breakfast when she got a text notification from the 1-A group chat. It was a text from Kaminari who was leaking today's course lessons
Which didn't do any harm, Tenya was now scolding Kaminari at his recklessness but Mina responded to one of the activities.
A class 1-A and class 1-B combination in combat.
It was usually graded on quick reflex, planning, and strength. Everything you did was studied and it wasn't uncommon for Y/N and her peers to have a daily battle it just came to a surprise 1-B would be joining them.
Y/N hoped Monoma wouldn't be rivaled against her.
When she met up with her boyfriend. Monoma wrapped his arm around her, while she started to talk "I heard we'll be doing a combined class today." Monoma smirked "Oh? Worried my class will beat yours?" Y/N scoffed "As if. But I do want to warn no matter what. I won't be going easy, Neito"
The boy shrugged "I'll keep that in mind. I wouldn't wish for the great Y/N to take pity on me." a competing smile plastered on the two.
Today would be fun.
As expected, Aizawa walked in telling everybody to get into their hero suits. With that, the boys and girls separated to their respective locker rooms.
Once everyone made their way to the grounds, Aizawa was looking at a clipboard, most likely filled with the names of the problematic kids he teaches.
"There's the sorry class 1-A! And the Spiky hair maniac that I can't wait to beat in the 1-B and 1-A battle!" Monoma said with a casual taunting smirk making his class seem superior
Kendo on the other hand patted his head a bit too hard that it looked like she was squishing his brain "Apologies for the meanie! Y/N... if you could help with your dog."
Y/N sighed walking from her class to Monoma and hugging him. "Neito" she softly said making him calm down
Bakugo on the other hand was offended and tried to rip class 1-B's
"Geez maybe we should get Bakugo a Y/N, right?" Kaminari joked but everyone including both hero classes just stared at him blankly.
Vlad King had his students lined up, and started "Welcome class 1-A! Me and Aizawa will be testing your guys abilities to work with other heroes. We have paired you guys based on quirks, strategic mindsets, and other variables."
Then a laminated board with the names of groups of 4 were listed. The 1-B students came near to see, with Y/N's class also. "This is so exciting!" Mina exclaimed wandering her eyes "I'm partnered with Kinoko Komori, against... Jirou! This is so fun, who are you against-"
Y/N was visibly shaking, not in a bad way but when Mina saw what Y/N was seeing. It made sense. Y/N L/N was partnered up with Ibara Shiozaki and they were against Shoto Todoroki who was with... Monoma Neito.
