Part 6: Memory Lane

Rus lays there as Severus's head is on his chest, he gently brushes his fingers through his hair and smiles "I remember when we first met. It was... interesting. You looked at me with the meanest look."

Severus chuckles "Hey. I could tell you were some form of trouble. You had that smug look on your face."

Rus laughs "Yeah."

"The young boy with dark hair. Baby faced. Causing mischief and tormenting the seventh years for being a first year. I remember when you pulled in a prank in my class. I wanted to honestly be mad, but I couldn't. It was probably one of the best pranks I seen." He said laughing

"Hey. I could not help myself at all. It was funny. Enjoyable. Not a day that doesn't go by that I don't remember your lips curving into a smile hiding a laugh."

Severus smiles "Oh yeah."

First year:

Rus was sitting in his living room, painting, as his father was screaming loudly and breaking things. Then an owl shows up. He seen the mail. He walks over grabbing it. He carefully looks through it and sees his name. He opens it and reads it. He smiles and rushes to his dad.

"What in the ever loving flying fuck do you want you goddamn mistake?"

Rus goes silent

"Tell me. BEFORE I BEAT YOU!"

"I um... I got my letter to Hogwarts..."

"Good. Means I don't gotta deal with your stupid ass. Get the fuck out of here before I back hand you again."

Rus closes the door and sighs. He goes to his room and packs his things in a bag that's falling apart. He wipes the tears that run down his face. So his father doesn't hear him crying. Scared to be beaten again. He walks out of his room. He accidentally bumps into his father.

"Why you little fucker!" Then back hands Rus "Watch where the fuck you're going. God I wish you shoved your mother down the stairs and fucking killed you." Then spits in his face.

Rus looks at him "Why do you hate me?"

He chuckles "Because you made her leave me you little fuck. I didn't want you. I wish she could not have children." Then slams Rus into the wall

Rus starts tearing up

"Oh. You're gonna cry? I will give you something to cry about!" Then starts beating him where the bruises can't be seen. He hit Rus hard enough in the chest where he coughed up blood. He drops Rus to the ground and walks away after kicking him in the side.

Rus groans getting up and cleans the blood off his face. He quickly left with his letter and ran as fast as he could with his bag. Not paying attention as he cries, he rans into someone and gets knocked to the ground.

"Oh! Are you okay?" A voice said

Rus wipes his tears and sniffles "No..." then looks up. Seeing a giant man standing in front of him.

The man helps Rus up and sees the letter "Going to Hogwarts I see. I can help you. My name is Hagrid. Grounds keeper of Hogwarts."

Rus looks at him "That would be nice. Thank you..."

Hagrid grabs Rus's bag and walks with him to Diagon Alley. He got there and realized he has no money. But he was told not to worry about it. Hagrid helps him get everything he needs. After finishing everything, he heads to the train station and looks for where to go. He over heard people talking about the entrance to Hogwarts Express. He follows and they help him. He boards the train and sits there. Alone and scared. Till a beautiful young girl joins him. Her skin a beautiful shade of tan, black hair and a gentle smile. She introduced herself and sits with him the whole time.
