The sound of a stringed instrument whispered from a distance, like a low hum from a long forgotten lullaby. It reached the ears of the travelers not too long after.

Namida, "Music?"

Cho-Cho munched on her chips, "Someone must be playing not far from here. It'll be nice to know how much longer til we reach the continent we're heading for. I hate walking so much."

Lucy, "Same."

Inojin, "You didn't complain too much this mission tho. That's improvement on ur part."

Cho-Cho, "Well, we had so many people here with us. I didn't get the chance to complain!"

Happy, "Must be why Lucy didn't complain much either."

Shikadai turned to his chubby teammate, "Ur right, u know, it'll be nice to know how much further we should go. We can finish our mission faster this way."

"Depending on if u can pass me to go further or not, will tell u if you'll be able to complete ur mission!"

A confident voice boomed around them. They all scanned the area to see a woman dressed in a kimono. She had a beautiful face due to her makeup, a harp in her hand, and stood atop a single leaf on a tree.

"I have been awaiting ur arrival, shinobi of the Leaf, the townfolk of Oakridge, and oh my! It's the infamous Scarlet Sun, Uchiha Sarada-san! Ah yes, my other targets are the Uchiha girl's friends..."

The lady's eyes landed on golden hair. Twice.

"Fearsome's prey, and Kura-sama's target. Both of them are here. How wonderful!" She clapped her hands in delight.

"Ah yes, where are my manners? Allow me to introduce myself! Kashiwagi Kino, at your service!" She bowed like a stage performer.

"What kind of service do u provide?" The perverted one in the group asked, of course.

Sett (Indra) closed his eyes in exhaustion. "Now is not the time creepy frogish homophobic half-wit."

San (Ashura), "Why can't u be a little less mean and straightforward?"

Shikadai, "It's good he is tbh."

Kino wore an amused face. "You lot are rather...carefree despite being faced with obvious danger. Some of u are sane enough to at least stand on guard and are ready for any attack of mine, but what is wrong with the rest of u?"

Menma (Naruto) sweatdropped with a deadpan face while replying, "Majority of us are mentally unstable actually."

Hanako (Shisui), "Trauma works wonders✨️"

Natsu, "WHOA HE SPARKLED!"

Iwabe, "How'd he do that...in real life?!"

Hanako (Shisui), "I'm just built different. Omg I'm learning the new generation's slang words so well."

Kino had enough of their playfulness and finally made a move on them. Using her harp, she produced music wavelengths so powerful it almost deafened them, regardless of the sweet sound the instrument made.

"Let's get the Oakridge guys to a safer location!"

Hinata took control from this point. She won't admit it, but as much as she's proud the younger ones can manage guiding their teammates, she wants in on the fun sometimes and thinks Sarada and the rest should take it easy a bit more since she's with them.

Not to mention, Sakura's and the others' safety is also in their hands. These kids need the assistance.

"Everyone, get back! Teams 25 and 15, please guard over them! Can I ask Wendy-chan, Carla, and Hima to go with them?!"
