Honkai Star Rail: The Terran Intervention

Chapter 1

Dimension No. 0002023 (Star Rail universe)

(After the encounter with IPC Investigation Fleet)

After the unexpected UTF expedition fleet arrives in front of the IPC fleet, Rear Admiral Charles from IPC makes communication contact with the UTF to demand their identity and origins. The UTF answers it by telling them they wish to establish contact with the IPC. Rear Admiral Charles was skeptical of UTF's answer and thought it was a lie, but the Supreme President said to him that everything Admiral Edgar said was true and decided will hold the diplomatic talks for further details. Rear Admiral Charles hesitated but agreed, demanding that the diplomatic talks would be held in the IPC flagship, Deinonychus. Originally, the UTF side disagreed with the diplomatic talks held on the IPC ship, but Ayaka instead agreed with their choice and immediately ordered the crew to prepare the Hurricane class Transport Shuttle. Terran Admiral is questioning their supreme president for why choosing the diplomatic meeting on the IPC ship, Ayaka said that it is better to choose their ship as the place to do diplomacy because they are one of the first factions in this universe to be contacted.

In space, a single Hurricane class Transport Shuttle, Hover-3-5-1, is being escorted by 4 F-408 Vampire jet fighters from one of the Aftermath class Supercarriers, equipped with Anti-Ship and Air-to-Air plasma missiles. Ayaka is aboard the Shuttle along with Admiral Edgar and a dozen custodian guards.

Then, a loudspeaker from the Shuttle pilot is informed them.

Hurricane Shuttle Pilot #1: "We are approaching the IPC ship, ETA: 8 minutes."

Admiral Edgar: "Supreme President, may I ask some questions?"

He said as Ayaka looked at him with a curious face.

Ayaka: "Granted, Admiral."

Admiral Edgar: "May I know for further details about why are you choosing their ship instead of Sol Invictus? I thought that choosing Sol Invictus to do a diplomatic meeting would bring a great show of force for us to intimidate them."

Ayaka: "Because Admiral, the reason that I choose their ship as a diplomatic meeting is that we gonna show them we are coming here in this universe with a peaceful intention by showcasing our technology, our goods, and to establish a pact between the UTF and IPC. But if that somewhat fails, there will be a Cold War between two blocks, one that promises freedom, equality, and coexistence, and another one, the cooperation that is filled with a corrupted group and radical element in the IPC and wants to ensure IPC superiority in the universe. This is why I doing this is to hide our very true intention to establish a new order in this universe. If the tension between the UTF and IPC escalated into high alert due to the disagreement, there will be a total war."

Admiral Edgar: "A war, huh? Looks like we probably gonna going to fight against them if the war happens."

Ayaka: "Correct Admiral. War is the only way to teach the IPC that the reality they seek, is merely a dream that is more likely not gonna come true. Just take a look at the people in this universe; while they look like they just enjoy a comfortable life, the reality is far, far more grim than expected. Rebellion, slavery, trafficking, terror, and something worse in this universe had already happened. UTF's intention here is to create a new order in this cosmos, where people do not have to worry about their lives, their freedom, and their loved ones, UTF will welcome them as Terran citizens with open arms. If the IPC or any other faction in this universe tries to oppose us, we will answer it with a military force, armed with a powerful arsenal that in all universe looks like a toy. Do you understand, Admiral?"

Admiral Edgar: "I understand, Supreme President. We as Terran citizens, will do everything to enforce your ideals and belief in this universe!"

He said with a bright smile on his face. Ayaka smiled in return and nodded for his determination and courage to serve the UTF, its ideal, its people, and all sentient species. Then a loudspeaker comes again from the pilot.
