Maysee's POV

"You call up again just to break me up like a promise

So casually cruel in the name of being honest"my phone blares.

I open my eyes and grab my phone from my charger.

"Hello."I yawn.

"Did I wake you?"Harry asks.

"Maybe, but it's alright. What's up."I mutter.

"Sorry bout that babe, but whatcha doing today?"

"Um well, I'm meeting up with Avery for lunch at 12:30, but that's pretty much it."I tell him.

"Shouldn't you be getting up then, it's 11:56."he says.

I quickly jolt up out of bed and into the bathroom.

"Omg thank you so much! I should probably go now-"

"Wait before you hang up I want to know if you want to go to the park with me later?"

"Um sure, I'll text you later, but I gotta go. Bye Harry!"I blurt into the phone.

"Bye Maysee!"he shouts before I end the call.

I throw my phone on my bed and do my morning routine of getting ready.

By 12:20 I'm out the door driving to Barney's Sandwiches.

I arrive at the restaurant with seconds to spare.

I run in and look for Avery. I see her waving to me, and I walk over.

"Hey Maysee!"she smiles.

"Hi Avery."I give her a quick hug before I sit down.

"So how was the date last night."she smirks.

I blush I bit and tell her everything.

"Well he took me to this building, I'm not sure with one. But it was huge! Anyway he took me on top of the roof and had a whole dinner set up. The view was absolutely amazing. It felt like I was looking at all of New York."I gush.

"Aww that's seems really sweet."she coos.

"Yeah and then after we finished eating......we kissed!"I blurt out.

"Omg! That's great."she yells.

People around the restaurant are all staring at us now. I give them an awkward smile and turn back to Avery.

"You're so loud."I laugh.

"Yeah, I know."she jokes.

"So when are you gonna see him again?"

"Today actually."I smile.

"Where are you guys going?"

"Just to the park."I answer.

"Oh sounds romantic."she wiggles her eyebrows.

"That's creepy don't do that."I joke.

She laughs along with me as we finish up our lunch.

Harry: I'm coming to pick you up in like five minutes.

Me: K see you

I throw my phone on my bed and look in the mirror one more time.

I'm wearing dark wash Hollister jeans and a lace top with a black cardigan and black converse. My hair is in a side braid that is loosely done with my bangs hanging out. A put on another coat of mascara and headed out the door.
