"Maysee!"
"Maysee!"
"Maysee! Get up!"
I keep my eyes closed and try to ignore Avery's voice. I know I sound really rude right now but I need to sleep. I quickly grab my pillow from under me and cover my face with it.
"God dammit Maysee!"Avery screams.
I hear her footsteps leave the room. I smile to myself and try falling back asleep.
All of a sudden a body lands on me. I jump up quickly startled.
"What the absolute fuck are you thinking!"I yell trying to push Avery off me.
"Hey don't blame me, I was just trying to get you up."she says putting her hands up in surrender.
"Bitch."I mutter under my breath.
"I heard that."she says.
"You were supposed to."I smile.
"Why did you even wake me up."I groan.
"Because I'm bored and hungry."she explains.
"Then why didn't you go in the freakin kitchen."I gesture.
"Because you only have junk food, I want real food."she says.
"Your an ass, you know that."I tell her.
"Yeah I know. Now get ready so we can go out to breakfast."she says throwing a pillow at me before leaving the room.
I peel the covers off me and slowly climb out of bed.
I walk to my closet and pull out a pink sundress that stops two inches above the knee. It is a light pink color with no designs except for a line of lace at the bottom. It's also strapless. I grab a pair is ballet flats and take me clothes off. I slip into the dress and shoes. Next I walk into the bathroom and start brushing my teeth. I look into the mirror and laugh. My hair is sticking up everywhere. I grab a brush and leave my hair to its natural wavy locks. I put on a small layer of foundation and a swipe of mascara. This is about as good as its gonna get.
I walk out of the bathroom and see Avery sitting on my bed, on her phone.
"Cute dress."she compliments.
"Thanks."I mutter.
"I hope you didn't mind that I took some of your clothes to wear for today."she asks.
"No problem, half of the clothes I have in there are from shoots, that let me keep them."I tell her.
"That's why this shirt is so cute."she awes.
She's wearing a simple flowy top that is sleeveless and ends above the stomach. She pairs the shirt with black high waisted shorts. She finishes off the look with a pair of black gladiator sandals.
"Rude, I have a good fashion sense you know."I disagree.
"Whatever lets just go already."she complains.
"Man out of all the people in that mall I had to become friends with you."I tease.
"Aren't you lucky."she smiles.
"Sure I am."I laugh.
She glares at me while we drive to The Pancake House.
We both walk in and a greeter asserts us to a table.
"You're waiter will be with you right away."she smiles before walking away.
"What are you getting?"Avery asks right when she leaves.
