As eunwoo and yn assessed the situation,they knew they had to come up with a plan to escape. "Who this shitty man was,that tied me together with you!"yn cursed the man who did this. "Darling calm down we need to think of a way to escape"his tender voice somehow calmed him. Yn looked around,they were in a strange room with a door and a window. No way they can escape from window. Umm maybe she can but he can't. The window is so small for his body. The only escape is the door.
"Can you unlock the handcuffs?"she asked. "It's not possible with physical strength"he replied and she had to agree with this one. It's not possible to break the metal handcuffs. "We can't break the handcuffs but we can do something else"she gave him a evil smile. "What's cooking inside your head?"he asked. "The asshole was stupid to think that tieing us with handcuffs would do, let's walk together as one"she said and he somehow understood her point.
He stands up with his one hand still lowered as she is still sitting. "Take my hand"he said forwarding his hand. "No!" "Look,I am not trying to ask you to marry me,we need to escape from here" She rolled her eyes at his words and take his hands to stand up.
"The door is locked from inside"
She took out a hairpin from her hairs and passed it to him. "Give it a try"she said and he nodded.
Eunwoo worked on the lock,the minutes felt like hours but finally the door opened. They both heaved a sigh of relief.
"We need to move quickly,it seems like noone is outside"he said. "I have been kidnapped many times and they are the stupidest i have seen"she says.
They rush out of the small room and looked around.it's like they are stuck in middle of the forest and just a small house here.
"I hope you can run fast"she said and sprinted off and eunwoo followed her on the side.
After running for an hour, panting and exhausted they finally slowed to a stop, leaning against each other for support. "Where the hell are we?"yn asked panting heavily. "How would I know"he replied taking deep breaths.
"Sun is setting down,we need to hurry"he said holding her hand and they both again started to run in a particular direction.
Finally what if felt like an eternity,they saw the highway. "I know this place,we aren't so far from Kim mansion"she said but her legs were giving up.
Yn felt her legs becoming weaker with each step. The adrenaline that had initially fuelled her escape was now waning,and exhaustion was setting in. She stumbled slightly,her breath coming in ragged gasps. Eunwoo noticed immediately.without a second thought he stopped and turned to her, concern etched on his face"are you ok darling?"he asked,his voice laced with worry. Yn tried to nod,but her legs were trembling,and she knew she couldn't continue running for longer.
Seeing her struggle,eunwoo made a quick decision."hold on"he said gently and before yn could protest,he scooped her into his arms,cradling her against his chest. The sudden movement took her by surprise,but she instinctively wrapped her arms around his neck for support.
Yn could feel the rapid beat of his heart beating against her own,their closeness providing a sense of comfort amidst the chaos. She rested her head against his shoulder, grateful for the support.
As eunwoo carried yn inside his arms,his thoughts were a mix of determination and concern.
Despite the urgency,he couldn't help but notice the way yn fit perfectly in his arms,her presence providing him a sense of comfort and purpose.
When eunwoo and yn finally reached the Kim mansion,a wave of relief washed over them. The grand imposing structure stood as a sanctuary amidst the chaos they escaped.
As they entered inside they were met with the concerned faces of the family. Mr Kim seemed to be shouting on someone on call to find yn and eunwoo. Mrs Kim looked distressed too but was still trying to calm Mr Kim. The Kim brothers were also on calls trying their best to find where they both are.
Eunwoo and yn shared a look and moved forward. Noticing their presence everyone rushed to them. Mr Kim scooped yn into his arms taking from eunwoo,but eunwoo leaned more as they were still handcuffed. "Are you okay my kids?where were you both?you both aren't hurt right?"the way Mr Kim asked about both of them warmed eunwoo's heart. "We are fine dad"yn said timidly leaning more into his father's arms.
"How are you both handcuffed?"he asked. "A long story, firstly open us please"she said looking at her brothers. Jin gestured a guard who nodded and went to bring a tool to break it.
After breaking the handcuffs,Mr Kim gently placed yn on sofa and gestured eunwoo to sit down too. He nodded and settled down beside her. "Where were you both after we separated?" "We were in storeroom before we passed out and found ourselves handcuffed in a small cottage in middle of forest"she said and a yawn escaped her mouth. "You both ran all way from forest till here?"jhope asked shocked. "Yes"eunwoo replied. "My god-my poor kids,you must be so tired,get some rest"Mrs Kim said worried. They both hummed. Eunwoo stood up and took yn in hai arms again. "What are you doing?"jk asked. "I will take her to her room and then go to mine"he replied. "It's ok I will take her,you must be exhausted"taehyung said. But eunwoo went upstairs with yn in his arms who was so sleepy to even care what's happening around.
