My brother called me in the evening and I'm still stuck here. We have been talking for two hours now. He is blessed with a Baby girl and I'm so happy and excited to meet my niece.

My brother and his wife traveled to Canada to give birth, my mom’s happy tears were flowing again for the third time. While I smiled at the screen looking at my niece, and rubbed my baby bump gently.

“We are still confused with the name,” my brother said, when vahini (sister-in-law) passed the tab to my brother, “Any suggestions, Aatya (bua/aunt)?”

“Nope! But I'll let you know once I get one” I said, while my grin widened when he called me Aatya. Damn, I can't wait to hear those words from my little niece.

My phone rang with an upcoming call from an unknown number. I squinted my eyes to recall the number, but it was unknown to me, “I'm getting a call, I'll join with you later. Bye!” I said, before hanging up the call with my family.

I called back the number placing the tab on the table. Third Ring, Fourth Ring, Fifth Ring- Finally

“Hello?” I said, there was no answer from the other side. I checked the signal and it was good.

“Hey? Am I audible?” Janvi? Why is Janvi calling me at this time and that too with an unknown number?

“Janvi?” I Interrogate, for confirmation as I twisted my fingers inside the nuptial chain.

“Yes! It's me, Can you please come down, your guard is not registering me inside. And I'm damn sure it will be Ishaan who is stopping me from going out and all” she said, while my fingers curled inside the chain, feeling a little odd about her voice.

“I'll call the guard-”

“And I was also thinking about that..we can have a walk around in your nearby park. It's been a long time” she interrupted and a shaky sigh left from my mouth, “Meet me behind the guards office” she completed.

“Fine! I'll be there” I said , before hanging up the call.

To Devil:
I'm going to the nearby park with Janvi.

I texted Raghav before rising up from my seat, “Miss. Mary, I'll be back in an hour!” I said looking at my phone’s battery getting dead. Fuck!

She gave me a small nod before coming out of the kitchen, “here” she said, passing me a small black device , “Mr. Shrivastav told me to give it to you” she said , when I took the device and traced the letters written on it ‘GPS’. I passed her a small smile before stepping inside the elevator.

A strange uncomfortable feeling settled deep down inside my stomach before I rubbed all the thoughts and threw the GPS inside my dress pocket. The Elevator door slid open as I walked out.
