As a guy who is bisexual I find it a bit annoying to see so many Yul or any guy character in Alchemy Of souls being paired with a female OC . Night had finally settled over Jinyowon. As the gates opened the Jins; Jin Ho-gyeong, Jin Bu Yeon and Jin Do Yeon walked in gracefully ready to attend the meeting being held by the Unamious Assembly
"After today's assembly you'll go home and do as you promised." Jin Ho-gyeong reminded her daughter , "you'll never step outside Jinyowon ever again ." She then glanced at her son , "do not cause a scene that will embrass our family."
Do Yeon didn't say anything either internally finding pleasure at his mother's discomfort at him being here at all.
Their mother got onto the podium introducing Bu Yeon as the official heir of Jinyowon.
"Who is he?" One of the members present asked.
Jin Ho-gyeong smiled , "he is from my husband's side of the family. Like many of you , he was curious about meeting Bu Yeon ...." She looked at her son with slight annoyance perfectly masked underneath her eyes , "to witness with ..his own eyes "
Bu Yeon looked at her mother in disbelief; how could she bluntly lie about who he was when Do Yeon was her own son. She understood why she was hidden but why was their mother unable to tell the truth about him?
Do Yeon was unfazed by the lie . His mother would never acknowledged him like she did right now for Bu Yeon. Sometimes he believed she would never accept him .
He faced the Assembly with a nod , "Hello everyone. I'm Han Do Yeon . Jin U tak's ...nephew." From the corner of his eyes he saw Jin Mu who seemed to find everything amusing. Do Yeon hoped his father's spirit would forgive him for lying.
Bu Yeon got onto the stage facing everyone , "hello everyone. I'm Jin Bu Yeon. The eldest daughter of the Jin family ."
Just then all the lights in the lantern were turned off and a cold blast of coldness filled the air confusing everyone present.
Do Yeon's eyes landed on a man who came in holding a lantern who was making his way towards Bu Yeon.
