Part 4

Fast forward a few months. Monday morning, lucy woke up and she was still on face time to Tim, they had been face timing and texting each over for the last couple of months she would always go to his pre games and training if she didn't have class, he would call her while she was doing her home work. Tim was finally feeling he was ready for both as since having Lucy in his life it was like he was improving his football everyone including his dad noticed that Tim was doing so much better they knew it was because of Lucy. His dad heard talk of Tim and Lucy so he didn't say anything to his son about what he knew, but he always knew he wanted to meet Lucy and thank her for improving his own sons football.

Once Lucy was at school Chris saw her and decided he would go over to Lucy to try and make say sorry without anyone around, because it was impossible for anyone to talk to Lucy with out someone from the football team around her or Angela or anyone else! So while she was on her own he thought it was a perfect time to talk to her.

Chris- Hey Lucy, I just wanted to say I'm really sorry and I'm glad you said I deserve a second chance, thank you so much.  He said with a graceful smile.

Lucy- everyone deserves a second chance Chris, you were drunk you didn't know what you were going. I forgive you don't worry about it, it happened a while ago so there is no need to carry on! She said with a soft smile.

Chris- I'm truly sorry Lucy.

Just then Harley and Harry noticed Chris talking to Lucy so they thought they would go over to see if she was okay. As the last time Lucy was being nice and talking to Chris he tried to take advantage of her.

Harley- Hey Lucy, you okay? He asked curiously.

Lucy- yeah I'm fine he was just saying sorry that's all. She said with such a soft smile.

Chris- which I am truly sorry.

Lucy- like I said it's fine, friends?

Chris- friends, I don't suppose you want to grab coffee some time?

Harry- like a coffee date?

Harley- Dude she is Bradfords girls.

Lucy- Hold on I'm not his girl, if I was he would have made sure of that by now, did he say I was? Anyway I don't care and no I'm sorry Chris maybe a different day. She said with a smile.

Chris- I understand. He said as he walked off

Lucy- what has Tim said? She asked with a raised brow

Harley- nothing honestly?

Lucy- why did you say I was his girl then? She asked confused

Harry- it's obvious he defends you all the time he smiles when your around that man is in love with you! Plus everyone has noticed how good his football has gotten since you came along and we know when you have both had a disagreement because he's moody and you're not as bubbly as you normally are!

Lucy- nope, I don't believe you or he would have told me. With that Lucy walked off to lesson Harley and Harry both looked at each other and thought idiots.

Time lunch has came around Lucy went to find Wesley as she wanted to talk to him about something that mum said. She found Tim making out with a blonde bird. Angela was stood behind Lucy with half the football group.

Lucy- what the

Angela- Who is that with him?

Wesley- I'm going to kill him, wait why is Matt just stood there?

Lucy- I'm going I have free period Angela wanna come and hit something with a bat?

Angela- my brother an option? She said with a chuckle trying to get Lucy to laugh.
