8. physical salvation

After talking to nick and finding out what pond has been doing all this time, phuwin’s anger almost shadows his worries about pond, but yet he asks if he knows where pond has disappeared, after he told him that he was going to dunks condo to study he hasn’t seen him and it’s been two weeks, phuwin almost went crazy when he discovered that dunk’s apartment was completely empty and he couldn’t find both of them

All the worries started to gather in his mind when his lover and friend vanished out of nowhere

Pond’s goodnight messages no longer came, no longer caused him sleep filled with contentment, he tried to call pond’s family - what if he went somewhere without telling him, but as more and more sleepless night passed without any news about ponds destination he got convinced that he is in trouble, there is no way pond would leave his mother unconscious in the hospital and not visit every day
 
After two weeks of trying to find them without success he felt helpless and creep slowly started to claim everything else, until nick who phuwin didn’t even knew was ponds friend approached him and told him everything adding that he couldn’t help and he was sorry

“did pond really asked you that?” phuwin was disappointed that pond even thought about doing something illegal to get needed money, phuwin thought they agreed that they would always help out each other, entirely trust each other, but turns out he was wrong, couldn’t pond just ask him... they would figure out together

“sorry that I can’t help but am sure if you can pay them enough they will let them go, all they care about is money” nick said honestly

“do you know where they are right now?” phuwin questioned

“I do”

“take me there please and I won’t bother you anymore you can leave from there”

“I can pay them…...a lot, if that means that they will let them go” phuwins face is deadly serious and nick sighs in frustration and finally nods

“pond and dunk are not in the same place, where do you want to go?”

Phuwin looks out of the car and sees a large building that seems really old, there are noticeably big number of cars outside, but other than that there is nothing in this huge field except that building, no wonder they had to drive for so long

“thank you nick, you can go I will manage it on my own” phuwin who was observing this place looked at nicks side, it looks like some men are outside unloading the packages out of the big truck and placing them there, others are taking those packages into the building

“ughh don’t you think you are too much like your boyfriend, he thought he could manage everything on his own too, without bothering you and now look where he ended up” until phuwin could open his mouth he spoke again

“am coming with you that’s the least I can do, you know if I had convinced pond from the start that this wasn’t easy he wouldn’t be here”

“yes, you are right, why didn’t you do that?“

“I warned but he didn’t listen, he told me that he really needed money, it’s not easy to get that much in a day without doing something certainly forbidden you understand that right?”

Phuwin looks out of the window again, he is so irritated by ponds stupid action that he feels mad at him, but thinking about what might’ve be happening in ponds head at that time makes him sad, he wants pond to be able to tell him everything and accept his help without feeling unnecessary guilt, and right now he is sure that pond needs big emotional support from his boyfriend
