Bunny's P.O.V

"Bunny be quiet. They're gonna hear us." Amusement laced Valentine's voice as she coaxed me to be a little quieter. "Weeelllll...they're gonna hear you," she said as tightened her grip around my thigh. I glared at her, it was her fault if anyone heard us anyway.

"We shouldn't be here in the first place Val!" She just shrugged as she continued on stalking through the hallways of the Forbidden Area of the Den. We were here trying to find her hidden stash of weed.

I didn't want to go with her, but pack rules are pack rules. And I wouldn't mind having a little weed to smoke either. "Can you atleast let go of me?" "No." I groaned in response.

I was perfectly capable of walking with her, but she insisted on carrying me. I said yes when she asked because I assumed she would put me down eventually, but no she has been hellbent on carrying me our entire trip.

I don't know why, I tried to ask but was met with an intimidating glare so I stopped trying to understand her.

She had been like this for 2 weeks now. Always wanting to hold, touch, or feel up on me when we were in our room. I didn't mind as long as we were, as I said, in our room because then it was a private affair, but having her carry me throughout the Den with her hand obviously too far up my thigh was pushing it a tad bit.

I hoped that no one would see us. Mostly because I wanted to keep our new budding relationship dynamic quiet, and because if Violet found out she would pitch a fit. And I won't blame her.

Her breakup with Valentine was rough to watch, and there is no doubt Violet blames me for it. And she is kind of right. Valentine broke up with her for me. Granted because she was feeling the mate pull for me, but Val also broke up with Violet in the WORST way imaginable.

And if Violet saw us I would tell her immediately about Valentine and I becoming mates. It was the right thing to do considering everything.

But I really, really, really didn't want to have to explain my eventual matehood with anybody until I was ready. And I wasn't ready.

So I prayed to Goddess that no-one would see us, or at least say anything to Violet. I felt guilty about it, but not enough to force Valentine to put me down and act like a normal person.

I enjoyed her touch, and feeling connected. It was selfish, but I'd rather be selfish than selfless. "I smell it." Valentine stopped in her tracks to sniff around the air.

I took a couple sniffs and could only smell the rotting wood that surprisingly still holds up this area of the Den. "All I smell is decay." "Which is exactly why I hid it over here. Perks of being a Delta."

Valentine walked around the perimeter of the room we were in carefully sniffing out her stash. She stopped in front of this pile of debris that had fallen from the ceiling. The ceiling itself must have collapsed and the Earth above it fell to the ground.

"Please don't tell me it's in there!" Valentine gently put me down finally, and stepped towards the pile. "Be careful, Who knows if it'll collapse more!" Val waves me off and begins ripping through the pile. I marched tentatively in place and watched the ceiling with increasing nervousness.
