Gohan jolted awake from his sleep, taking a moment to look around his room to confirm he really was back in his bed. All of a sudden he heard something drop on the ground. He looked to the side of his bed to see his pacifier.
"Huh, this must have fallen out of my mouth when I woke up from that nightmare," he thought to himself.
He picked it up and dusted the silicone piece off before placing it back in his mouth. Gohan then pulled the waistband of his pajama pants and stuck his fingers down the crotch.
"Okay," he thought. "I didn't wet my pull-up because of it."
He was by no means a bedwetter, nor was he required to wear diapers to bed. He had been browsing the internet on his laptop he got as a present from Bulma, when suddenly, he came across someone talking about wearing diapers as a way to regress and deal with stress or trauma. He didn't really know what trauma was or that he was experiencing it, but he did know he was stressed. The person explained it helps them emulate a childhood or babyhood they never had.
Gohan found it interesting. He felt something in his chest whenever he thought about wearing diapers again, or even using them...
One day, while his mom was out, he flew to the drug store and picked up some overnites brand bedwetting underwear. He knew these would fit him, but he didn't know if baby diapers or adult diapers would. After avoiding eye contact with the cashier, he flew home with the box in hand, and proceeded to hide it under the loose floorboard under his bed. He also found his old pacifier and stuffed animals in storage, which he decided to use when he wanted to regress. However, that was the problem. He could only regress at night when his mom was sleeping. He also feared his mom seeing the bulge through his pants and asking him about it.
"Alright," Gohan thought to himself. "Mom said she'd be running errands and then going to lunch with Bulma. That means I should be safe until noon to go back to sleep." Gohan had woken up at 9, so he decided to sleep for another 30 minutes before starting his day.
When he woke up, he got out of bed and started undressing. He was just wearing his pull-up, no shirt or shorts.
"I think I'll wear the Pull up a bit longer before mom gets home." While he walked over to his dresser to get some different clothes on, suddenly he heard his mother's voice from the other side of the door.
"Gohan! Rise and shine! Get up and get started on your studies!" She said while opening the door. Gohan froze like a deer in headlights, shorts half on, while his mother stared at him with her jaw dropped.
"GOHAN!! WHY ON EARTH ARE YOU WEARING A DIAPER?" She screamed.
"What do you mean mom? This is just my normal underwear!" He said while frantically pulling up his shorts.
"Don't lie to me young man! I've seen those at the store before, they're pull ups for bedwetters. Are you wetting the bed honey? What's going on? If you're having control issues you should talk to me! I'll go schedule an appointment with the doctor."
She spoke without once letting Gohan answer. He knew this would happen eventually. Chi-Chi was always the type to not knock."No mom!" Gohan said quickly. "I'm not wetting the bed... it's just... something I like to do."
"You like it?" Chi-Chi asked. "What do you like about wearing diapers and using a pacifier?" Her finger pointed towards the paci on Gohan's bedside table.
Gohan explained how he heard of age regression and how he was doing it to feel what it might be like to be a normal kid. Chi-Chi couldn't believe what she was hearing."Alright Gohan. I'm going back out to meet Bulma. When I get home, I want your homework done and those diapers GONE! Do you understand?"
"B-but mom!"
"DO YOU UNDERSTAND?" She snapped in her cartoonishly angry voice.
"Yes ma'am," Gohan said reluctantly. Chi-Chi closed the door to Gohan's room on the way out, thinking to herself.
"What am I gonna do with that kid?"
