It's been one month since Cell's defeat at the hands of Gohan, and the weight and trauma of his past are getting to him. Desperate to escape from his troubles, he turns to the one thing he never had: a normal childhood.
Last time on Dragon Ball Z: Gohan ran to his room and got his old toys out from the chest. He didn't get much time to play with these since he was usually studying or training. Now he gets the chance to play with his action figures he got from Bulma for his 8th birthday.
Gohan would go on to play for the next 30 minutes or so before Chi-Chi came in his room... today on Dragon Ball Z! ————————————— "Here you go, Gohan." Chi-Chi handed him some apple slices and a juice box. "Now, stand up and face the other way for me please." Gohan did as she asked and turned his back to her. Chi-Chi pulled the waistband of the diaper back to check if Gohan made an accident.
"Mom!? What are you doing?" Gohan asked embarrassedly.
"Checking to see if you used your diaper." Gohan broke away from his mom before saying "If I need a change I'll let you know, you don't have to check me."
Chi-Chi had a look of regret. "Sorry Gohan, I won't do it again."
"Thanks mom." As Chi-Chi left the room, Gohan bit into one of his apple slices and started to drink his juice box.
After another 15 minutes, Gohan felt a pressure build in his bladder, so he decided he would try to pee himself for the first time.
He tried relaxing his bladder, but it didn't work. This would be a lot harder than he thought. He tried pushing, but then he got scared of pooping.
After a while of trying, he finally released a stream of pee into his diaper. The sensation was a little weird, with it running down his skin and safely into the padding he wore. Once it was done, Gohan sat on his squishy diaper and felt how wet it was.
"This feels... nice." He thought to himself. "Maybe I should hold off on telling mom, just for a little bit." Gohan played with his toys for a bit longer before he heard his mother call from the other room.
"Gohan! Lunch is ready!" Gohan got up and went quickly into the kitchen to eat his food: rice, noodles, soup, and dumplings.
As he began to scarf it down, Chi-Chi bent over and put a bib on Gohan, who began to blush while he continued to shovel food into his mouth until all the bowls were empty.
"More please!" Gohan said with a smile. Chi-Chi took his bowl.
"Careful Gohan, what you put in the tank has to come out the other end, and I'm the one who will have to clean it up!" Chi-Chi said. Gohan froze for a second. He hadn't thought about the fact that he would have to poop while wearing a diaper, but he quickly thought of a simple solution.
"I'll just go in the potty, okay?" He said. "You don't have to worry about changing... that."
Chi-Chi just smiled at her son. "Whatever you say! Now, we're gonna have to go to the mall today so we can get you some cute new clothes! I'll go pick you an outfit, 'kay?"
"Okay mom." Gohan responded with a mouthful of food. As Gohan finished his lunch, his mom returned with a shirt and a pair of short overalls (basically the same outfit we wore to the Namekian Dragon Balls resurrection ceremony post-Frieza).

"Alright Gohan, let's get you in these cute clothes!" Chi-Chi said as she lead her son to his bedroom. He undressed himself, but his mom insisted on helping him put his clothes on.
Once he finished getting dressed, his mom put his socks and shoes on and tied the laces, before leading him out to the car. Gohan opened the door and saw his old car seat installed in the back. He happily got in and waited for his mom to buckle him in, which she did.
"Alright buddy, you ready?" Chi-Chi asked her little boy, who was busy suckling on his pacifier.
"Yep!" He responded, with a mouthful of rubber. However, as they pulled out of the driveway, Gohan started to feel nervous...
