Kunikida as Sanji

Chapter Five - Catch Up

"Tell me Sanji. What have you been up to?" Zeff asked, looking out to the ocean from the balcony they were on.
"Well, after going to Egghead Island and stuff.. I figured out I had this thing called an ability" Kunikida started as he stared at his hands for a bit. "When Luffy became the Pirate King, we were ambushed a few months later by the Marines. One of the Marine Captains had a teleportation Devil Fruit and I pushed the Marimo- Zoro out of the way and got sent here, to Yokohama." Kunikida looked out at the ocean again. "When I was teleported here I ended up having the physical looks of an 19 year old... so I got a job and then after a few minor things happened at that job that I was at for like a month, I joined the Armed Detective Agency and have been in the Armed Detective Agency for three years now, nearly four" Kunikida explained, now looking back at Zeff who had been looking at Kunikida for a bit now.

"Your crew must be worried" Zeff muttered as he patted Kunikida's shoulder.
"Yeah, they must be," He whispered. "My transponder snail went missing after being teleported here," Kunikida added.
"Say, Sanji? Would you mind if I met your co-workers?" Zeff asked as he looked back out to the ocean.
"I can take you to where I work," Kunikida replied with a smile as he thought about how it would be as if he and Zeff were going to a parent-teacher interview.
"Okay, give me the address and after my shift I'll walk over there" Zeff said with a smile as Kunikida nodded with his own small smile.

After a few more minutes of talking and catching up, Kunikida and Zeff walked back into the restaurant and back to the table where the other five members of the Armed Detective Agency were sitting and eating their dessert while chatting away.

"Kunikida-san! You're back!" Atsushi announced with a big smile. 

"Yes and I am not in trouble" Kunikida adds with a soft smile while still standing.
"That's good, oh and Chibi left a few minutes ago" Dazai replied with a smile, before pouting when he mentioned Chuuya left. Since Chuuya left, Akutagawa and Kouyou also left with him.

"Shall we head off?" Yosano asked as she had already paid for everything when Zeff had taken Kunikida to talk to him."I'm okay with that" Kunikida responded as Kenji and Ranpo also nodded their heads in agreement.The walk back to the agency was slightly quiet except for the occasional dumb sentences from Dazai who was trying his best to annoy Kunikida.
