Kay's pov:
My girlfriend groaned when I jumped on her. "Wakey wakey!" I shouted sitting on top of her. She rubbed her eyes. "Ughh I don't have to wake up every time you do. Let me sleep." She said pulling the blanket over her head.
"But we're in Vegas together. We can't sleep our vacation away." I stated pulling the blanket back down.
"Yeah and I still got jet lag from the flight. Also this isn't a vacation, It's a business trip for me." Ken said emphasizing the last part and putting the blanket back over her head.
Fine I can talk to you with the blanket over your face.
"Oh Tomato tomahto we're still here together and that's all that matters." I concluded hugging her through the blanket.
I really only came because I didn't want to be alone in that big ass house. I know this trip is going to bore me. Since all Ken is going to do is attend boring events and meet even more boring people from them, but luckily I have a plan to make it fun.
"Mmm what are you smirking about?" Ken questioned looking at me while I thought of my brilliant plan. "Huh? Nothing."
"Yeah okay, what time is it?"
"A little past 9-"
"Fuck we're late!" Ken yelled pushing me off of her.
"You said it didn't start til after 10?"
"It does but being early means being on time and really we was supposed to get up at 8. You know it takes you long to get ready."
