Ready or Not

A year goes by and it is sixth year,
Me and Tom are still going strong,he is the man of my dreams!my soulmate.

It is fall 1944,
The leaves have gone brown, the sky has been dark and cloudy most days.

"Morning Victoria"I let out a giggle
"morning Tom"he places a soft kiss on my forehead "let's walk to Potions together"
"Okay!"I says before holding his hand.

We make it to potions early and it is just us two in the class,I just keep smiling to my self while he keeps fidgeting about with his rings.

I place my hand on top of his "hey relax Tommy,why are you so tense?"

"I'm not..just I have to talk too you"
"Oh,Is it bad?"
"No of course not it's actually nice"
"Oh!"A bigger smile grows on my face.

"After school today..late at night me and the boys are going to a small town just out by Hogsmeade witch is filled with mudbloods" I swallow "we are going to destroy it and"he take a deep breath in "I want you to come with us"

"Oh...like to just be there and watch"
"To like help out,I think your ready my love"
"Oh you do"he nods and looks deep into my eyes waiting for an answer,

"Then I think I'm ready too" I smile "great,I won't have any classes with you after this one so I'll see you tonight" "yeah"I reply softly as he places his hand on mines.

Later that day I have muggle studies,I sit by my dear friend Rosier one of the few of Toms mates I like.

"Hey vic Tom told us your coming tonight"

"Yep...turns out I am"I sigh and look down at my closed book "what's up?"
"Nothing im just tired thats all"
"Okay?"he doesn't believe me,

"You know if you don't think your ready you can stay behind Tom will understand"

"No I am ready,I am...and Toms thrilled I'm coming I don't want to disappoint him"

"You could never disappoint him,if he really loves you he wouldn't care"

I smile "I know but I just want him to be proud
of me"

"Hm alright then...sh class is starting"he jokes the last part making me laugh,we both talk in class so why would that stop us.

Night comes,the sun has set m

I go to meet the boys just by the gates of Hogwarts,there all standing against the wall waiting for me

"Hey vic"Malfoy nods his head at me making the others look around at me too
"H..hi"

"Hello my love"Tom wraps his arms around my waits,I look up at him and smile "hi"

He moves away
"Put this mask on,keep your hood up at all costs"he hands me a silver mask "uh okay"
I put on the mask then lift my hood up
"You look wonderful"

"Okay love birds let's go"Lestrange says and starts walking away,we all follow him

Tom has his arm around my waits the hole time,keeping me close to him,keeping me safe.

We make it to the village and the boys start setting houses on fire,others are going in the houses

"Princess you go in there,and you kill all of them"
I turn to look at the house "alright"
"I will be right behind you just give me five minutes"

I run into the house

I hear crys from the top of the stairs

Babies,children
