mummy-daughter time

Eleanor always made sure to spend alone time with each of her children once a month. they always did some different things, it really came to whatever child she was with, wanted to do. today it was Adelaide's turn for her special mummy-daughter day.

today they were gonna go to to Madame Tussaud's as it have always been Adelaide's dream to come there. the mother and daughter duo were walking hand in hand over to the museum. "are you excited to see the wax figures darling" Eleanor looks to her daughter as they are almost there.

"yes mommy! I have always wanted this!!" Eleanor laughs at her daughter's excitement" Adelaide have always been very interested in history and art. so it was no surprise to Ellie that her daughter was VERY excited.   

soon enough the royal mother and daughter duo stopped in front of Madame Tussaud, as Adelaide was standing close to Eleanor while Eleanor was getting their tickets. the people standing around Addie and Ellie took some pictures of them as Adelaide and Eleanor smiled politely at them. 

"come along now Addie" Adelaide was quick to follow her mother inside as she took her hand. 

"Adelaide lets out a gasp as she walks inside and looks to the ceiling where there is confetti hanging down and a disco ball on top sending many funny colors around the room. "Mommy its beautiful" Eleanor looks to her daughter with adoration and love, as she sees how pleased Adelaide seems. 

Eleanor soon pulls Adelaide with her to a stair case that will lead them into the start, Adelaide follows quickly as their security was walking a few feet behind them, making sure none of the people in their tried to bother their private time together. 

Eleanor and Adelaide makes it through the museum as Adelaide gets very excited when she sees a celebrity she knowns. "Mummy look! its Spiderman!! pleas take a picture of me" Adelaide quickly goes over to spider-man and sit down in the same position as him while Eleanor laughs as she pulls out her phone to take a picture of the cute scene in front of her. 

Adelaide and Eleanor soon makes it the royal part of the museum, the first thing they see is Henry VIII, so Eleanor points to the wax figure of the man. "Adelaide look, that's Henry VIII, the king who had 6 wives" Adelaide looks at the man in disgust. 

"mummy why does he look like that?" the little girl ask her mother in disgust making Eleanor burst out laughing. they turn around and see the wax figure of Diana, princess of Wales. Eleanor looks at the figure fondly as she walks up to it with her daughter a step before her. Eleanor gets a quick glance at Adelaide's expression and see the little girl look at the wax figure with a smile.

"look mummy that is granny Di" Adelaide smiles brightly as Eleanor looks adoring at the girl. "do you want to take a picture with granny DI?" Adelaide quickly nods her head as she stands next to the wax figure of her late grandma. Eleanor pulls out her phone again and takes multiple pictures of them. 

"she's very beautiful mama" Eleanor hears Adelaides soft voice, "yes my love, she is very beautiful" 

"I wish I couldn't have met her, papa always tells us amazing stories about her and tells us how much she would have loved us, do you think she would have loved me mummy?" Eleanor pulls her daughter into a hug, "she would have absolutely adored you sweetheart" they stand a little while longer admiring Diana as they soon walks a little away from her. 

Eleanor could hear a squeal coming from behind her and sees her daughter pointing at the statues of the royal family. 

"MOMMY THATS YOU AND DADDY!!" Eleanor laugh heartwarmingly at her daughter's reaction as she as well looks at the statues of herself, Alex, the Queen and prince Philip, Charles and Camilla, Kate and William and also Harry. 

"yes it is my love! doesn't mummy look good" Eleanor sends a little wink towards her daughter making her laugh as she runs up to the wax figures. 

"mummy can I take a picture of you with you" Eleanor hands Adelaide the phone as she stands next to her own wax figure. Eleanor makes silly faces making Adelaide laugh as she takes the pictures. 

they soon move on and finally arrive at the marvel section. they walk around as Eleanor tales pictures of her Marvel obsessed daughter with all the figures.  "MUMMY!, that's auntie Scar!!!!" Eleanor looks to where Adelaide is pointing and see the black widow figure.

"yes it is my sweet, doesn't auntie scar look good ginger" Adelaide nods her head and Eleanor takes a picture of Addie and the black widow wax figure and obviously send it to her best friend, Scarlett Johansson. 

after having spend 3 hours there, they soon decide to head home, Eleanor takes Adelaide's hand as they start walking home with all the paparazzi following them. Eleanor feels her daughter stop in her tracts and turns to look at her with confusion.

"mommy do you see that lady?" Eleanor looks to where Adelaide is pointing and see a homeless lady on the streets looking very hungry, with a pack of empty cigarets beside her. 

"can we help her mummy? she looks very hungry?" Eleanor checks her purse, "I only have the 10 pounds for candy on me", Eleanor wanted to see how her daughter would react to that. 

"that okay mummy, I don't need candy but the woman needs food" Eleanor smiles brightly and proudly at her daughter and gives her the 10 pounds. the camera is getting this but they don't care, Adelaide walks over to the woman with Eleanor a little behind her. Addie kneels down in front of the woman, making the woman look up at her. 

"hi, i have 10 pounds for you here. but you need to promise me not to use them on cigarets and actually buy food for them" Adelaide had a stern yet sweet expression in her face as she looks determined at the woman. 

the woman looks at Adelaide and tears up slightly and nods her head, "thank you, thank you so much. can I hug you" the lady ask the little girl for when Adelaide have handed her the money. 

Adelaide smiles at the older woman and nod her head as she pulls her into a hug, Eleanor is standing behind them with a proud expression. soon enough Adelaide goes back to Ellie. "I am so proud of you Adelaide, you're amazing" Eleanor plants a kiss on Adelaide's head and pulls her into a hug. they start walking back ignoring the paparazzi until Eleanor hears this one specific question.

how does it make you feel when you see your daughter doing this? it makes me feel very proud, it makes it known to me that me and Alex are doing something right in racing them. the 2 girls quickly got into the car and drive home, calling it a day.
