Luke's P.O.V.

I am stirred awake by the sun streaming through my window. Wait. This is not my room....

I look around, not in a panicky way but I just need to know what was going on. My head throbs and as I rolled over, not ready to take on the day yet, my hand smacked into someone else's face.

"What the hell?!" Dezi screams, sitting up fast.

"Oh shit. Sorry Dez, I didn't even know you were here." Even after she has just woken up she is beautiful. I could tell she wasn't mad at all and then she began to laugh. Her laughter is like music to my ears because more often than not, she wasn't even smiling.

"It's cool boo. Hope you don't mind, when you passed out here I figured I shouldn't leave you alone so I climbed into bed with you. You, my friend, are a very rough sleeper." Dezi tells me with a breathtaking smile plastered to her blemish free face.

"Yeah, ha sorry about that." I say while I rubbed the back of my neck with my hand in embarrassment.

"You're fine Luke. It was my choice to get into bed with you. Alright, well we'd better get up now. Let's go see who else crashed here after that party."

When she said 'get into bed with you' I couldn't help but imagine us actually in bed with each other, our sweaty bodies connected as we- woaaaah Luke, slow your roll man. She told you how she feels. And she's obviously interested in that Louis guy. Sheesh, what a douche bag. I mean, he never actually said anything disrespectful to me or Dezi. And he seemed like he was keeping a respectable distance from her as I watched from the drink table. Oh who am I kidding, the guy's a total catch. Dammit! But I do know he's definitely not her type. Not my Dezi. Nope. Not a chance.

Dezi and I walked out of Savannah's guest room and went upstairs to see if she was awake yet. We were both good friends with Savannah and, truth be told, she had always known about my thing for Dezi. Once I realized that it wasn't a physical attraction or just my teenage hormones going crazy, I had to tell someone. Dezi was obviously out, so Savannah was my next closest friend.

Despite how close she was with Dezi, she never once slipped her even a tiny hint about how I felt about her. I respected Savannah for that. She was a great girl.

We stepped over some people who obviously couldn't handle Savannah's rager and were passed out right there in the middle of the hallway. Eventually we made it to Savannah's bedroom and I knocked on the door softly.

I heard a low groan coming from the inside of the room so I just stepped right in. Savannah was all tangled up in her comforter and what appeared to have been a pillow fort, trying to get up out of bed.

"What the hell..." Savannah mumbled.

Dezi giggled then went over to help her out. Seeing as all that she had on was a bra and sweatpants, I decided I would wait for her to make herself a little more presentable. Dezi quickly said thank you to Savannah for last night, and I told her I would call her later giving her one last little wink as I exited her room.
