After finishing their lunch, Edwina and Pip continued their search for Ghislain.

Edwina hanged onto a statue as she scanned through the crowds, a hand above her eyes. Pip was standing on the statue's head and searching for Ghislain as well.

"I wonder if we might cover more ground separately, your highness." Nathaniel suggested. "Uh, you by yourself, and me with it."

"An inspired plan, Nathaniel." Edwina smiled stepping off from the statue. "Where do you suppose I should look?"

Pip started squeaking and pointing to the crowd of people, trying to alert Edwina.

Nathaniel looked to where Pip was pointing and his eyes widened when he saw Ghislain with a woman.

Knowing he couldn't let Edwina find Ghislain, Nathaniel immediately grabbed Pip and shoved him inside his jacket. He scanned the crowd and noticed a man with strawberry blond hair like Ghislain's getting into a carriage.

"Look, Princess! Over there!" Nathaniel shouted, pointing to the Strawberry Blond.

"Ghislain!" Edwina exclaimed, running off to chase after the carriage.

"Run to her, Princess! Hurry! Not a moment to lose!" Nathaniel encouraged. Once Edwina was gone, Nathaniel leaned against the statue and began to hatch a plan to give Ghislain a poison apple.

(Name) was dragging Ghislain by the hand over to park, looking deeply frustrated. This had been the worst day of her life.

Her apartment was full of pests and rodents in the morning, her boyfriend thought she cheated on him, and now she was on the verge of losing her job.

And all of it was because of Ghislain.

She couldn't take it anymore, she just couldn't.

"Okay, listen, I've tried to be nice. I've tried to do the right thing." (Name) began.

"Oh, you've been very nice to me." Ghislain smiled.

"Yeah, only to be severally punished for it. Okay, look, Ghislain?" (Name) told Ghislain.

"What?" Ghislain asked.

(Name) took out her wallet and gave Ghislain some cash. "Here's some money; go call your princess, have her bring her horse or whatever, I don't care.  The point is, I've had enough. Okay?"

"(Name)?" Ghislain asked.

"Just go." (Name) returned, anger in her voice.

"I'm so sorry. You have been such a very kind friend to me when I had none." Ghislain smiled, making (Name)'s expression soften. "And I would never want to make you unhappy or cause you any trouble, so... I'll go. I wish you every happiness."

Ghislain gave (Name) a sad smile, then walked off.

(Name) looked down, then turned around to go back to her office building, but she looked back. She saw Ghislain giving money to an elderly woman.

(Name) sighed and walked over to him.

"You have such lovely friends." Ghislain smiled at the elderly woman and the birds she was feeding. "By any chance have you seen my Princess?"

"She was here." The elderly woman nodded.

"She was?" Ghislain asked, his eyes litting up.

"Oh yes."
