As I'm writing this Between Chapter to prioritize a more simplistic view - the story will take complex turns I think, with the amount of details I'm writing in each chapters, so I'm putting a bit of the attended background to establish a strong context. All of this is known of all the protagonists and New Salem inhabitants (even of many humans natives of the New Salem), so the Normind, who is aimed to be elucidated, will not occupy much.

🕷 THE EXISTENCE OF NEW SALEM IN OREGON, FROM A MONSTER'S POINT 🕷

New Salem is one of the Refuges, or Shelters, composing the New Monster World (or Boo World), who was settled by powerful and influential Monsters from the Obscure World or other former half-nations.
Among the providers of maybe the most ''daring'' project of the century, turned out to be Count Dracula, Hexiciah Steam, maybe the last members of the Gray family before their abrupt end, and many figures who were deeply linked to the Human World, despite the hasty and more equal rise of the Obscure World.
As the Obscure World was not in favor of living inside the realm of mankind, this project was considered private and only known to a few before is truest blooming.
Before, there was others havens, but this Between Chapters will focus only on New Salem and the story evolving around him in some Basics lines.

The ''Builders'' are one of the greatest mysteries of Monsters inside the New Salem. The very first settlers of the ancient ''New Salem'' were never actually confirmed as humans or monsters, despite the fact that each side boasted about being their rightful heirs, until their story and ruins became mere urban legends. But on orders of the Hunters and High-Representative of Human's rule and Monster's rule in New Salem, the case is considered too dangerous to investigate, as even the most enduring figures never reappeared of the deepest maze of Monster High's catacombs, the last visible trace of this ancient and mostly faceless civilization.
