Passing Time

The next day as I arrived at school I saw her by Devan again. She smiled at me and waved as she made her way towards me. "Hey" she said softly looking at my chest. I smiled at her as I said "hello" hoping she'd look directly at me so I could her see her eyes.

To my surprise she did exactly that. She looked up at me and i swear I could her eyes sparkling in the sun. 'Wait! What no! You still have a girlfriend!!' I thought still smiling as I looked in her eyes. She giggled as my heart started to  race once more. I couldn't say what I wanted to so I stood there like an idiot. She looked at me then left just like that, again.

"Dude you should work on your facial expressions" Jean yelled at me, laughing his ass off. I blushed a little as I looked at the floor watching her go across the street to her friends. "I'm gonna speak to her at recess." I told him watching her ass sway back and forth. "You got it bad" he said nudging me.

Later that day as I sat beside her in class I watched her as she focused on her work. She looked so damn cute when she focused. Focus I told my self as I looked down at my work. I looked at her and she was smiling at me. "What" I asked a bit too harshly.

"Nothing you just have really pretty eyes" she said. I checked her facial expression to see if she was bullshitting me. I saw none of it. She was being serious with mesmorization. I blushed a bit "Uhhhh thank you" I told her. She smiled and nodded. "Wanna hang out at recess" I asked her. She blushed a bit and nodded softly going back to her work.

Once class finished I felt as though I had butter flies in my stomach. 'This is new I thought' as I threw all my stuff in my bag and waited for her to finish. She put her stuff nicely in her bag, blushing as she realized she was taking forever. When she was done, we walked out of class, as I heard some people growling.

I shrugged it off as I thought I was so damn lucky right now. We reached her friends and I could tell they were all staring at me in admiration. "Well that's a first" I heard the girl, kaycee say as I sat beside cherry. I saw the girl who's lap she was on the other day come towards us. She walked behind cherry and covered her eyes cutely.

I heard cherry say,"Babe" as the other girl pulled her hand off and hugged her. I sighed watching cherry," hey baby, I have to go" the other girl said. Cherry nodded and the other girl left. "That's my girl friend" Cherry said. "Oh cool"I replied as I looked at her. Her expression changed into love mixed with regret. I wasted to ask so badly what was wrong but I just couldn't force myself.

"Do you have a girl friend?" I heard her ask all to softly and concerned. I smile and nodded as I took my phone out of my pocket and showed her the picture. "Her names Merri" I told her. "She's very pretty" I heard her say, seeing I could hear sadness in her voice. "Hey, anyways, what's your number, you know so wet can keep in touch and learn more about each other." I gave her my number and the bell rang as I knew unless she txted me, I wouldn't speak to her till the next day.
