Ms. Grant is teaching me about Deathbell disease. The first disease that makes up the Bliss. She pulls up a video that was made 27 years ago when the disease first appeared. The video is called, "The Birth of Deathbell Disease" and was made as an information video to spread awareness.

"It all started when scientists created a lab-made poliovirus on March 21st, 2239 that was designed to kill rodents in populated areas like Chicago and Los Angeles. The lab-made poliovirus was then added as an ingredient for rat poison and then marketed to local shops in the most rodent populated cities. However, this backfired after 2 weeks. Because the scientists didn't test it enough, the chemical that was used didn't only affect rodents, it also affected humans. The rat poison was then removed from the shelves but unfortunately, it has already created an epidemic spike. The rat poison caused the amount of cases for the RNA version of polio to go up. Not only that, the cases for Alzheimer's and bone cancer also increased. This disease is known as the 'Deathbell disease'."

"The Deathbell disease enters your body through your portal of entry. The common entries are your mouth, eyes, and nose. So, if you inhaled the rat poison, the Deathbell disease can enter your body but if you didn't inhale it but you did get near it rat poison, the disease will enter through your eyes. But, if you have an opening in your skin like a paper cut, the disease can enter through that too. Now, here are three stages of the Deathbell disease:"

"Stage one: also known as the warning stage."

"This stage is when you have recently contracted the Deathbell disease. Once the disease has entered your body, you are now considered "Infected". Symptoms include (but not limited to) headaches, muscle tenderness, fatigue, and sore throat. But that's not all. If you had handled a box of the rat poison, once you opened that box, the chemical inside that box (the disease) would travel into the air and stick onto your clothes and skin. Similar to a flu, if you don't wash your hands after handling the box and go touch someone or something, the Deathbell disease will now be transmitted to that person or thing. And then if that person touches their face, the disease can now enter through their face or any open wound on their skin. If you touch an object and someone else touches the same thing, they now carry the Deathbell disease. This disease is airborne. Meaning if you are infected and you sneeze or cough, the Deathbell disease will transmit to those around you."

"This stage is the most important stage and symptoms should not be taken lightly. If you or someone else shows symptoms mentioned, speak to your doctor immediately. Despite your local hospital doing the best they could, the chances of you being able to see a doctor is low. This stage is the only stage where you can successfully get rid of the Deathbell disease before you enter stage two."

"Stage two: Bone cancer"

"Once you reach stage two, it would be too late to get rid of the disease. In stage 1, the disease flows through the bloodstream, trying to find a bone that it can attach itself to. This is the reason why treatment can get rid of the Deathbell disease in stage 1. The disease hasn't settled on a solid structure yet which makes it easy to remove. "

"Once it attaches to a bone, the bone will start to decay. Depending on where the disease has entered your body, different bones will be affected. If the disease enters through a cut near your palm, then a finger, the whole hand, or the forearm will have to be anticipated in order for it to not spread. If it enters through a cut on your foot, then your foot, or your calves will have to be anticipated. Now, if the disease enters anywhere from your thighs to your face, those cannot be removed because your organs are there. If it enters through your face, the disease will most likely attach to your skull. If it enters through your thighs, it will attach itself to your femur. If it enters from your arm or chest, it will attach itself to your ribs. This is a picture of what area of the body is able to be removed if infected. Green being safe, yellow is maybe under some circumstances, and red being dangerous to be removed. A cure during this stage is impossible. But, there are treatments being created to slow down the disease."
