As I entered Jungkook's office to submit my documents, I was met with a sight that made my blood run cold. Mr. Choi's daughter sat on Jungkook's lap, a smug smile plastered on her face. What hurt me the most was Jungkook's silence, his lack of reaction to her advances.

Y/N's sudden entrance caught me off guard, her icy expression a stark contrast to her usual warmth. I soon realized that Amy, Mr. Choi's daughter, was the cause of her distress, sitting on my lap with an unwarranted familiarity. I had pushed her off, but the damage was done - Y/N had misinterpreted the scene.
As the scene unfolded, I was left reeling, my emotions in turmoil. Jungkook's actions had spoken louder than words, his defense of me a beacon of hope in the midst of chaos.
