You know, when I first decided to come to this tower and fight the cause of the chaos, I never once gave any treasures they might have so much as a thought but as I stand here, looking at all this gold...it wouldn't hurt to take the gold coins, would it? I mean, I can use it to support the girls I've taken under my care.

I could always use Mitsugoshi funds but I don't think now is a good time to have the other girls find out about them. I can already see Epsilon flaring up out of jealousy and there's no telling what any of them would be willing to do to ensure that they can have me all to themselves. Beatrix, at the very least, understands her position. Yes, it's probably for the best. For now, we'll keep them separate-

Me: I don't suppose they'd miss all this, would they?

Using my powers, I absorb all of the coins into my clothing. It makes me slightly heavier but should really impact my abilities. I'm tempted to take the rest as well but given I'll likely be fighting after this, I shouldn't over do it...then again...hmmm...no. Let's leave them for now. If anything I can always return later.

Quickly moving to the top of the tower, I arrive just in time to receive what can only be considered as the cutscene that comes right before the boss makes their appearance. It's so comical that I almost give away my position by laughing at the scene playing out before me. A vampire, a male at that, standing before a mutilated but still breathing man laughs maniacally as he plunges an object into the gaping hole in the man's chest.

????: Hahahahahahaha...your flesh and bones wasted away leaving nothing but your heart...and even still, you're my beautiful queen.

The man nailed up groans in agony, even as out supposed villain continues his monalogue.

????: It's time for us to pain the world in blood once more. On this night so befitting us, a scarlet night of blood and terror.

I'm not sure how this man is supposedly a threat. I'm not even attempting to hide myself and yet he doesn't seem to so much as feel my presence. At this rate, even Gamma would be able to take him out quite easily even with her constant tripping over her own feet. It'd probably take slapping him with a brick to get him to realise someone else is here.
