Kai reached the service tunnels, panting as he approached the sleek car. He got in, started the engine, and sped off to rescue Kaira. Inside the HQ building, agents stumbled upon Reaper’s lifeless body, lying in a twisted heap, a testament to the ferocity of his battle with Kai.

In the underground parking lot, Kaira assessed her wounds. Blood oozed from the bullet hole in her abdomen, and she pressed her hand against it to stem the flow. Pain radiated through her body, but she forced herself to stay conscious.

Moments later, Kai's car skidded to a halt beside her. He jumped out, rushed to her side, and helped her to her feet. "We need to get you out of here," he said urgently, supporting her as they moved toward the car.

Just then, the sound of footsteps echoed through the stairway, and agents poured into the parking lot. Dom and Diego were among them. The agents trained their weapons on Kai and Kaira, barking orders for them to stand down.

Kai stood defiantly, gripping his katana, ready to fight. Dom and Diego exchanged a glance, a silent understanding passing between them. “Go, Kai. Get her out of here,” Dom ordered, stepping forward to face their fellow agents.

“But—” Kai began, hesitating.

“Now!” Diego barked, his voice leaving no room for argument.

Kai nodded, quickly helping Kaira into the car. As he climbed into the driver’s seat, he watched in the rearview mirror as Dom and Diego began to brawl with the other agents, buying them precious time.

Kai floored the accelerator, the car speeding away from the parking lot. In the rearview mirror, he saw Dom and Diego being overwhelmed and apprehended, their sacrifice ensuring Kaira’s escape.

Meanwhile, on the streets of Virginia, the dawn light bathed the city in a pale glow. Axel and Ryder’s SUV roared through the streets, hot on the trail of Cole and Vaughn. The chase was intense, the vehicles weaving through traffic, tires screeching as they took sharp turns.

Cole, behind the wheel of Vaughn’s SUV, glanced in the rearview mirror, his face set in grim determination. Vaughn, sitting beside him, looked pale and anxious. “Don’t let them catch us, Cole,” Vaughn ordered, his voice tinged with desperation.

“I won’t, sir,” Cole replied, gripping the steering wheel tightly.

Axel and Ryder stayed close, their SUV matching every move. Ryder’s eyes were locked on the fleeing vehicle, his mind focused on the mission. “We can’t let him escape,” he muttered to himself, his grip on the steering wheel firm.

The chase intensified as they tore through the city, narrowly avoiding collisions with other cars. Axel’s voice crackled over the comms, coordinating with Ryder to anticipate Cole’s next moves.

As they raced through an intersection, Cole took a hard right, trying to lose them in a maze of narrow streets. Ryder followed, tires squealing as they navigated the tight turns. “He’s trying to shake us off,” Axel observed, his eyes scanning their surroundings for any potential traps.

Vaughn glanced over at Cole, his face a mask of worry. “We need to get to the rendezvous point,” he said, his voice urgent.

“I’m trying, sir,” Cole replied, his eyes darting between the road and the rearview mirror.

Ryder and Axel kept up the pressure, their SUV gaining on Cole’s. The chase continued, the sound of engines and screeching tires filling the early morning air. They weaved through traffic, dodged pedestrians, and barely avoided crashing into parked cars.

Back at the HQ, the agents who had apprehended Dom and Diego reported their capture to their superiors. The building buzzed with activity as the remaining agents tried to regain control of the situation.
