Lance

Lance is a difficult character because they are plentiful, in different time periods there are different versions which are similar but not the same, so let's go in chronological order! Oh before I forget most of them are dragons, I think out of 6 (canon ones) only one isnt a dragon

Ancient Lance

Born after kingdoms kind of like Egypt and Rome appeared, lives in a quiet area, his brother occasionally visiting.

Prefers solitude, aggressive, and knows his limits but not the limits of others. This becomes more apparent when he pushes his nicer brother to his limits, causing said brother to snap at him.

Him and his brother built up the trust of nobles in order to create a new kingdom, he himself took a more active approach and plotted the assassination of the king at the time.

Medieval Lance

Born in Medieval times, used to live in a small village before it got burnt down and got 'sold' as a slave to the very same person who burnt it down. He found out about this after snooping around in the commanders/kings room (he's the guy who 'bought' him).

Absolutely despises the commander because of this but only takes action once he's 25, attempting to kill him in a fit of rage after an argument where the commander disregarded the lives of the soldiers and made several personal jabs at him.

At the age of 16 fought in a war that left him mentally and physically scarred. Constantly has night terrors where the corpses of the soldiers who died try to drag him down into the void repeatedly telling him that it's all his fault. In battle suffered a wound to his left leg and is slowed down because of it with a slight limp when he walks.

Was acknowledged by a sealed god (Keramin/Methalesa) during a battle that would've killed him otherwise. Made a deal with the god so he could live in exchange for the god temporarily using him as a vessel which resulted in multiple soldiers dying trying to stop the god from going on a killing spree, said god only stopping after the body collapsed from exhaustion.

Pastel (wife) found him near the corpses in a crystalline circle arena thing, slowly approaching 'him' before he slashed at her throat, narrowly missing before collapsing. Once she was sure he wasn't awake she took him to the infirmary where he was asleep for three days. When he woke up he saw her entering the room and noticed that he had a white streak in his hair. He asked her what happened and after learning about it avoided other people when he could and desperately tried to push them away.

Knew Pastel since he was 14 but hated her because he viewed her as a rich, sheltered girl. She constantly tried to be friends with him but he rejected her, being harsher each time in hopes of getting rid of her. He ended up slowly opening up to her because she made a point of being there for him and trying to understand his perspective on things.

A/N: Goodness gracious this is long, I'll just post this as is I'm getting too tired to keep writing, pastel and Lance get married, war god is a constant pain, blah blah blah you get the point.
