Joshua's pov:

"Your getting married"

We both yet again shouted at the same time totally not pleased with the idea.

"What are you talking about dad." I stood up in disbelief. Looking at my father and seeking for answers.

"Your getting married with this young boy standing right here." My dad stated and I can't believe my ears.

"No I do not agree. I'm not doing this marriage." I proceeded.

" Im sorry but I also oppose dad I can't do this marriage." Jeonghan stood up as well.

"No you guys will have to do this marriage and thats final." dad said and looked at me .
"I gave you to my friend years ago when you weren't even born. We fixed this marriage when you guys turned 1 month .  The marriage will happen at any cost."

" but This is not the time dad. I still have to do something in my life and establish my business. You know all of this and yet your forcing me into this marriage." Joshua said as tears started to weld up in his eyes.

"Thats not what we're saying-" Jaehyun protested but was cut off by his own son.

"I totally disagree dad. I don't want this. Now if you'll excuse me I have to leave." Jeonghan said his final words glancing at Joshua for the last time when he stepped out of the house.

Joshua also ran up to his room wiping away his tears in the process.

"I'm sorry yunhee, jeonghan had to leave like that." Jaemi apologized to her friend.

"Its ok. I understand it is not easy for them to take this big step. I also apologize on the behalf of Joshua." Yunhee said comforting her friend.

"They are still young so it will take time for them to understand." Jaehyun said

"Jaehyun I'm sorry Joshua acted so immaturely but I'll convince him don't worry. This marriage will happen at any cost." Youngjae said looking at his friend.

"Youngie I know you'll convince Joshua and I'll try my best to convince jeonghan too but its ok if they don't agree to this marriage-"

"No I'm sure joshua will agree once I'll talk to him. You know what let's keep a time spam of this marriage like 12 months how does that sounds.Then if things still will be the same for them we'll let them divorce."

"We can do that. There's no harm in trying once is it?" Jaemi said looking at her husband

"Ok let's do this. Well its time for us to go jeonghan might be alone at home too. Thank you for having us youngie"
Jaehyun said as he hugged his friend

"Let's met up another time " yunhee also said hugging her friend a goodbye.

They bid their good byes and jeonghan parents went back to their house.

"Where are you going?" Yunhee asks her husband.

"I'm going to talk to Joshua. He can not refuse to do this."

In Joshua's room:

Joshua sat there on his bed, crying his eyes out. Thinking that he now became a burden on his parents.
Suddenly a knock on the door is heard and youngjae enters.

"Joshua son, stop crying please. It hurts me to see you in this state." Youngjae comforts his son.

"What should I do dad? Your making me force marriage a person I don't even know. You know how much more I have to do in this life yet your making me do this. Am I this much of a burden to you now?" The last sentence said by Joshua broke youngjae's heart into pieces.

"Hey hey hey, your not a burden to me OK you'll never be. Its just that jeonghan is a good guy and I think you both will work this out together."
He took a bog sigh and started again.

"You want to know the real reason right? Its because I do think jeonghan is the best person for you to marry because son I cannot trust some else with you. I want you to live a happy life after your married so I chose jeonghan for you and also because he is my friends son. I trust jaehyun and his family with you. And if you don't think this whole marriage thing will work out you can get the divorce because all I want is you to be happy and if your happy without this I'm happy. You've got a year on you to think and work on this relationship with jeonghan if this will not work out your free to get a divorce and come back to us ok?" Joshua was biting his tears back at his fathers words.

He hugged his father not knowing what else to do.

"Im so sorry dad. I said all the stupid things to you not knowing your intention. I was so so stupid. Please forgive me dad please." Joshua said sobbing as he pulled back from the hug.

"Its OK dear, its not your fault and I understand it can be hard for you to decide but I forgive you my son"

"I love you dad" joshua said as he hugged his father again.

"I love you too son"
