"Mom I told you I can't come with you today. I have an important meeting."
"Joshua its just this one time your gonna go with me. And its about the wedding ring."
"So what mom, you can go on your own and select one I know your choice is not that bad."
"Joshuahongyou have to come, pick me up and we'll go together. Is that understood?"
"But mom-
"No buts your coming with me and thats final."
The call has been cut and joshua can do nothing but sigh. He has to take an early leave. again.
He finishes his work and reaches his house from where he picked up his mother.
"Go to the location I sent you" Mrs. Hong says
"But thats not the jewelers shop" joshua said confused.
"Yes because we are gonna pick up jaemi from there."
Joshua sighs again. He can't do anything against his mother. He loves her too much to decline any of her requests or orders you can say.
They reached the given location and picked jaemi up. Joshua greeted her with a bright genuine smile because why not its his mother-in-law after all.
"Thank you for taking me with you yunhee, jeonghan's actually out of Seoul right now or he would accompany us."
"Nah Its ok" yunhee replied
"If you don't mind auntie can I ask why is he out of Seoul. I mean the wedding is in three days." Joshua couldn't help but ask about his soon-to-be husband.
"No no why would I mind you need to know everything related to him your soon gonna be his husband. Anyways he said that he has to meet this dealer and it is very important since the dealer won't be in Korea after that. And please drop the formalities we're gonna be a family Now so I would like it of you'd call me mom." Jaemi said smiling.
"O-ok aun- mom"
I'm seeing some hope in this Marriage jaemi smiled and thought.
Meanwhile Joshua who was blushing at being called jeonghan's husband.
'Come on joshua hong you can't lose your cool just by getting called his husband. What has gotton into you' Joshua thought as he sighed.
Just as Joshua was thinking that he didn't even know they had already reached the jewelers shop.
They all went in the store, joshua being the gentleman he is opened the door for the Ladys to enter first.
They started looking at the rings, none of them catching their eyes until joshua spotted a set of couple rings on the furthest shelf.
"Mom what about that one."
"Ah yes! Can you please show it us?" Yunhee requested the worker who gladly took the box and placed it in front of the three.
"Wow yunhee these are so pretty"

"Joshua you've such a good choice. I'm sure jeonghan would love it." Jaemi said
Joshua only smiled at the thought.
After buying the rings joshua took the two to a restaurant to eat dinner.
"Joshua why are we here son?"
"What do you do when you come at a restaurant?"
"Eat"
"Yes, and thats exactly what were gonna do." The reply came with a smack on his arm.
"Don't play dumb with me. I'm your mom"
"Ok OK fine but let's go inside and eat first." joshua said who was rubbing his arm that got hit. Meanwhile jaemi was laughing seeing the cute bond between the two.
They went in and ordered food. They waited for the food to arrive until joshua got a call.
"Excuse me I need to take this." Joshua said as he excused himself out of the restaurant to take the call.
"Yeah?"
"No no don't cancel that, turn it to tomorrow"
"Yeah no worries I can arrive"
"Ok thanks"
As soon as Joshua turned around he heard a voice.
"Joshua!!" A figure approaching joshua said.
"Oh seungcheol. Never thought we would meet this early."
"Never did I, so how come your here." Cheol asked his newly made friend
"Just on a dinner with family. You?"
"I just came here to get cheese tteokbokki, heard its the best of them"
"Right"
Silence filled between the two.
"Sooo... Can i have your number?"
"Are you flirting with me?" Joshua laughed and said.
"Well maybe I am?" Cheol said jokingly.
"Nice try but I'm gonna get married so you have no chance."
"Wait married"
"Yeah didn't I tell you? Oh Well now you know that I'm getting married and its held the coming Friday.And your invited."
"Oh how honored I am to be invited by the groom himself."
"Stop overreacting and your coming I wont buy any excuse"
"Yes your majesty. But seriously who is that lucky guy that will marry such a beauty like you?"
"Why dont you see for yourself when you come at the wedding huh?"
"I assure you my presence at the wedding your highness." Cheol said as he bowed like a prince in front of Joshua who started laughing at the act.
"Ok everything aside I still want your number though." Cheol said as he opened his phone to joshua.
"Ok ok foine here" joshua said as he typed his no. On the phone and saved it as 'handsome josh.'
"Handsome josh eeeh" seungcheol teased.
"Well is there any doubt in that." Joshua chuckled.
But the moment was interrupted when joshua got a call. And his eyes widen when he saw the caller I'd.
"Shit I totally forgot about mom in there. I'm so sorry I had to leave like that cheol let's meet another time ok? Bye see ya"
Joshua said as he rushed inside the restaurant leaving a smiling seungcheol by himself.
"I'm so sorry I forgot about you guys. I just got busy with a friend out there. I'm so sorry for letting you guys wait." Joshua apologized continuously as he sat down on his seat.
"Its ok son, now let's eat and go home because I'm tired as hell from all the sitting." Yunhee says eyeing joshua
"I'm sorry" joshua said embarrassed.
They ate their dinner in silence and then dropped jaemi to her house while they went to their own.
