'Elegance is the only beauty that never fades.'

- Audrey Hepburn

As Maya slowly descended the grand staircase, the soft click of her red bottom heels echoed through the expansive mansion. The opulent surroundings seemed to frame her every step, but it was her presence that truly commanded attention.

Aera, already dressed to the nines in a tight red clubbing dress she had borrowed from Maya's wardrobe, stood in the lounge, her mouth dropping open in surprise.

Mingyu, leaning casually against the back of a plush chair with his shirt provocatively unbuttoned, straightened up, his gaze locking onto Maya as she came into view.

Maya was impeccably dressed in a one armed long-sleeved, black velvet dress that hugged her figure in all the right places. The fabric shimmered subtly under the warm lights, exuding an air of elegance that was both timeless and alluring. The dress revealed the perfect amount of her toned legs. The neckline exposing one shoulder and arm, added a touch of sophistication, while the other covered her slender arm. Her hair cascaded in soft waves down her back, and her makeup was flawless—subtle yet striking, with smoky eyes that held a mysterious allure and a deep red lipstick that made her lips stand out like a work of art.

Aera was the first to find her voice, though it was still tinged with awe. "Maya... you look absolutely stunning! Seriously, you could walk into any red carpet event right now and steal the show." She laughed, genuinely thrilled to see her best friend looking so incredible.

Maya smiled, a touch of nervousness in her eyes as she reached the bottom of the stairs. "Thanks, Aera. I wasn't sure if this was too much, but I figured... why not, right?"

Aera nodded enthusiastically. "Not too much at all. It's perfect! You're going to have everyone at that club tripping over themselves to get a look at you."

Mingyu hadn't said a word yet, but his eyes spoke volumes. He was watching Maya with an intensity that was impossible to miss. The way the dress clung to her curves, the confident way she carried herself—it was all driving him wild, though he kept his composure. But in his mind, there was only one thought: Seungcheol is going to lose it.

Finally, Mingyu found his voice, though it was laced with a playful edge. "You clean up pretty well, Maya," he said, his tone low and suggestive. "Not that you didn't look great before, but this..." His eyes traveled slowly from her head to her toes and back up again, taking in every detail. "This is something else."

Maya blushed slightly under his gaze but maintained her composure. "Well, I didn't want to embarrass you two by not dressing the part," she quipped, trying to keep the mood light.

Aera laughed, giving Maya an appreciative once-over again. "Trust me, the only ones who'll be embarrassed are the women at that club when they realize they can't hold a candle to you."
